How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I thought the bed was a little bit uncomfortable but this may be personal preference.
Room was great, very clean and modern. Breakfast was really tasty with a wide variety available. Location was convenient, right next to a subway station. Despite being near the trains, I did not find the room to be noisy.

The housekeeper kept coming into the room, even though we had a do not disturb sign. They didn’t understand German or English when we said to come back in 15 min when we left. Also the pillows were quite low and didn’t offer much support; I’d suggest additional pillows in the room for guests to grab if needed.
Gorgeous room, really modern and sleek, very clean. Great breakfast with a lot of choices! A shopping center in the building next to it where you could grab snacks and lunch. U-bahn station next to the hotel.

Clean new place with everything needed, metro station next and nearest possible to hotel entrance, good breakfast, peacefull neighborhood, small shopping center in attachment to hotel. Staff is good. Schönbrunn at walking distance through tree shaded alley. Local food domestic restaurants in 5 min walk.

No carpets in the room, but also no slippers available. No fridge in the room. These 2 are the reasons why the hotel does not get a 10.
The location is great, just a 10 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace. When you get out of the hotel, you literally are next to the metro station U4. The room is big and comfortable, with a separate toilet and separate shower and sink, which is an excellent idea, very futuristic design of the furniture, we loved it. For me it didn't matter, but keep in mind that there are no single use kits with makeup remover pads and ear buds, only soap and shower gel. Breakfast is continental and very good. Restaurant of the hotel is very nice and it is opened till 11 pm, few meals available, but excellent taste. It is a great value for money for what the hotel is offering. No

For a tired cyclist access in was my press call button. Everything is electronic which at the end of a long day of riding can become bewildering. Eventually one gets used to it and becomes ok. The hotel name would be better placed on the side of the building as it is not obvious.

Great location. Very close to Schönbrunn palace. The metro station is in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good and delicious. The staff is amazing. The whole hotel is very clean.

Recently built hotel, with great architecture and located within a small mall. The metro station is in front of the hotel entry. Schonbrunn Palace is one metro station distance. Great value for the money: spacious room, with shower and toilet separated, restaurant inside and diversified breakfast. We forgot a tablet in the room and the reception sent it back home.

The staff seems somewhat uninterested and doesn’t provide guests with enough information. Since the hotel is a bit unconventional—with multiple companies sharing the building and parking, and the reception being on the second floor—they should offer guests more details, perhaps even a printed guide.

Not much of a storage space if you come for longer periods of time and more luggage - a small wardrobe or a couple of shelves would be nice. A bit weird system of getting into the hotel part from the entrance to the building. Also impossible to get into the building when the main entrance is closed without having to ring the reception - the card never worked somehow...
Friendly and helpful staff, nice and spacious room. Modern design. I appreciated the possibility to turn off the lights (or to adjust which lights are on/off) in basically whole room straight from the bed. The whole hotel was very clean. Plenty of breakfast options, both sweet and savoury, changing a bit from time to time (however, some of the things were pretty salty). Helpful information on the busiest times in the breakfast room in the elevator. The location is great - just next to the U-bahn station with a good connection to the city centre, close to Schoenbrunn as well.
