Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This hotel was a great experience for us! A bit on the higher cost, but worth it! The rooms are spacious enough, VERY clean, modernly decorated with high quality appliances. The bathroom in the room was ok for us, the toilet is in a separate room, the shower has a glass door with sealing, only the sink is in the room per-se, but you can hide it behind a curtain. The staff is very kind! The 2 receptionists we had interactions were both very patient, positive and understanding! A big thank you also to the ladies who are always keeping our rooms nice and clean ❤️ they are always making sure we don't lack anything and are really positive, smiling when we meet! The parking is perfect (expensive, but you have to pay for comfort). Very convenient, the space is wide and easy to park into and just a trip with the elevator and very close to the entrance. We could easily go to and from the car if we needed something! The location is perfect, metro right in front of the hotel. Just keep in mind if you are here that on the line U4 are constructions and delays might happen (and the trains are very crowded!). For us this was a factor since we travelled with a dog. The mini-mall inside the building is soooo convenient! You can easily go shopping, no jacket, no layers - just downstairs, an elevator trip away. Billa there is also fully stocked, well organized. We went shopping more often than we should have 😅 The dogs are very well received here, they get a bed, food bowls and some treats. The only downside is that they are not allowed in the restaurant, so someone always has to be with the dog. Overall, great experience and I would definitel

Location next to a Metro Station made it so easy to get around. The room was very clean; we had a room with two bunk beds which was large and the bathrooms were very good. The whole hotel was very modern. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel sits above a small shopping mall with several useful shops, including a large supermarket and a few restaurants. We made use of the shops there. They advertise this as a budget hotel but they are doing themselves a disservice.

CanadaThe only table in the room was too small (about 18" dia.). I can fit my laptop on the table and that's it. There is very little shelving to lay out your clothes. The bunk beds have metal framing as part of the structure/design and if you hit it during the night, it will vibrate - hopefully not wake up the others. The hotel lobby is on the second floor and the elevator on the ground floor will only take you to the second floor, then you and anyone else in the elevator have to exit the elevator to select the floor for your room and usually it is the same elevator, and then enter the elevator again. I don't know the elevator logic but maybe the hotel can change the logic or system such that on the ground floor, with your room card access you can select a floor level above the second floor.
We are a family of four and we stayed four nights at end of November. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. Towels were also changed everyday but that wasn't necessary, The location was excellent and the U-Bahn U4 Meidling-Hauptstrasse entrance was literally right outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was bright, clean and large with plenty of seating. There was a large variety and selection to satisfy just about all dietary needs and the staff quickly kept everything well "stocked". It was certainly a well run team. The entire staff from check-in to check-out, housekeeping and the breakfast team were great. The hotel is actually connected to a commercial shopping center with a large grocery store so you can pick up some food to bring with you for your day.

DenmarkI would change the pillows for the beds. We did not feel comfortable sleeping on them. Also, we missed some drawers or maybe more shelfs for our clothes. We had some walk around this district and we could not find any attractive places to spend the Friday evening. So, our advice is to go straight to the city centre which is 2-4 stops on the metro away from the hotel.
it is a modern, cozy and clean hotel. The building of the hotel is unusual. From the first sign it is hard to recognise that it is a hotel it looks more like business center :) To get to the reception you have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor. On the ground floor you will find shopping center with few stores and supermarket. The train/metro station is right on the corner on the left side from hotel exit.
