They took 30 more min after 3pm to get the rooms ready. It was a bit difficult to wait after the long flight travel. But the staff were very helpful.

The location was wonderful. Just few steps form the subway train station. Just 1 km feom the Schronnbrun Palace. The Hotel is neat and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. Well lit rooms, comfortable beds.

Noise! Beware that they offer dormitory style bunkbed rooms and that means hoards of high school and college tourist groups which made for hectic breakfast in the morning and lots of yelling, doors slamming, and running in the hallways at night. Great hotel but they need to work this out. It was completely out of control sometimes after midnight. They seemed to acknowledge the issue but that they would not do anything. So bring earplugs!

Brand new hotel with great rooms and views. Great breakfast already included. Very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Great location 15 minutes on subway to city center. Walking distance to Schonbrunn. Great mall with supermarket under the hotel. Subway entrance right in front of the hotel. Great Pizza place right outside. Residential neighborhood with everything you need. Great value.

The mattress is a bit hard. The choice for breakfast could be wider, but the food was fresh and tasty.

Nice design and a lot of daylight in the room from the large windows (that can be opened to let fresh air in). Also artificial lighting was good, as I hate gloomy rooms. My room was spacious without being large. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, which can be confusing if you arrive at night, but apart from that, it's a regular hotel, not one of those sharing spaces with other tenants. It's located by a metro entrance and a few stops from Karlsplatz: I found that extremely convenient. Good quality bed linens and towels.

New, modern, impeccably clean hotel. Perfect location. Reception directly accesible from the garqge on the -3 floor. Great, big rooms, comfortable beds. Metro station in front of the hotel, 10 min ride to city center.

No facilities in the room, tea and coffee, kettle, fridge, shampoo, shower cap, all we’re missing, although the room was modern it has a basic design

The air-con was quite weak, but the temp outside was 30*C, so it was understandable (large glass windows in the building). The staff are calm, but something seems off when you stand in line and get cut off by impatient youth and the receptionist does nothing about it. But, I cannot complain because this hotel is a gem!

Fabulous location (10m from the U-Bahn station, 10m from the Mall, 200m from Schoenbrunn Castle). Everything is new, they have great breakfast and WiFi, with soft and comfy beds, sound insulated rooms and fantastic views of the city. Just wow!

Kind staff but the card payment service was glitch so I instead had to pay with cash. Hot water pressure was too low and pillows should be better.

We went to Schönbrunn Summer Concert and this hotel was perfect choice for us thanks to it's location. Clean room, fresh and tasty breakfast, everything we needed.

The only downside was it was a bit noisy but nothing you can’t take. Also the doors didn’t close super well so you have to slam them to be sure they’re closed.

The hotel has a modern feel, breakfast was really nice & it was clean. There’s a small shopping center in the building and the metro is just by the entrance of the hotel, which is quite convenient, you have everything you need! Would recommend and would stay here again.

We have quite big problem to get out the garage. Finaly we need to pay again the parking fee in garage to get out. But the fee was refund to us at reception desk. Notice, that there is a limit of 2,1m hight to get in the garage

It was nice, comfortable and clean. It is freas new opend. The breakfast was nice, there were a lot of space around the bars.

The breakfast is a bit "fast food style". Since the hotel is quite large, there can be many people in the breakfast lobby which makes it crowded and it can be hard to find a table. But the breakfast was good.

The hotel is brand new and so are the facilities. One cannot make a mistake with this hotel. The price is fair and everything is modern and clean. The subway, restaurants and a big supermarket are just below the hotel.

Water pressure in room was very weak, it was rearly enough for having a shower. Curtain covered a wall, whereas the only window in the room could not be darkened by curtains. The window could not be opened wide for fresh air and outside it there is a glass wall for decoration. For short stays I can still recomend this place as it is well located.

The hotel is in an office building. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Bar with beer and small dishes was open till 10 pm. Schönbrunn Palace is only 15 min on foot.

The hotel was very nice. Nearly brand new. Situated on the side of the city center but with the tube just 10 meters from the entrance. Easy to use to get around to all the attractions. The room was perfect. 9th floor with a lovely view. The breakfast was nice and they also had nice alternatives in the evening. "Pulled chicken with chips" and "pizza the Austrian way" was extra good. We are ultra pleased with our stay
