They didn't tell us at the check-in how to access the hotel by night since the entrance is on the ground floor and the reception is on the second floor and the entrance is closed by night.

Great hotel with modern and easy to use facilities. I liked the modern decoration, awesome breakfast and our bedroom space. Also, everything was clean which I appreciate very much. The room for 4 persons (2 bunk beds) was great and we could sleep comfortably.

The blinds stopped working the next day. No cattle but when we asked, they gave it to us. No ice anywhere, even in the bar they don't make it. It's a pity they don't have a fridge, there would be enough space for it.

Soundproof rooms, strong wifi everywhere, comfortable beds, small breakfast choice, but delicious. Better to come to breakfast between 7 to 8am, later it's very crowded. Metro is just downstairs the hotel, very convenient!

The location is not central but have a lot of benefits: - Schonbrunn palace is within 15min walk available - U-Bahn station is literally 5 steps from the hotel's door - there is shopping center in the same building with hotel (Billa supermarket and many opportunities to eat something) - right across the street is an affordable parking house (~8 euro per 24h with APCOA app) Room equipment is pretty new and modern, the beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked good. Would be nice though to have fridge and kettle additionally. The breakfast was good and there was always what to chose.

The AC didn't really work well, it was too warm in our room and we couldn't regulate the temperature properly. The area around the hotel is quite busy with traffic during the day, but gets better at night (in any case, you cannot really hear that from the room).

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel not too far from the centre and this was a good match (considering that Vienna is highly priced when it comes to accommodation). The hotel is new, so everything is clean and nicely decorated. Nothing extraordinary, though - basic, but with good taste. The breakfast offered many options and we enjoyed it! Good connections to the main attractions. Recommended for a short stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent since the metro station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is great. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything was perfect!

There were no pancakes for breakfast. For people from east it can be a bit expensive, but in comparison with other hotels, this belongs to the cheaper category…

Nice place near metro station and Schönbrunn. Literally next to VIO plaza mall. Breakfast is good, but sometimes the coffee machine did not work and there were no pancakes on breakfast. The room was clean but shower is a part of the room, which is clearly visible on the photos so it was expected but still a bit uncomfortable. Personnel was fine and helpful.

I did not love the hospitality of the staff i did find it a bit cold at times however overall they did show their help when needed.

I liked the modernized techniqualities of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and the location was very helpful for those wanting to visit the sights of vienna due to the proximity to the metro and the centre of town. We loved the bunk bed ideas.

After check out 10 minutes on our way to train station, we found that I lost a pair of AirPods in room 1120. Then call the reception on the date 30th July 2024. Then after 2 weeks, there was not proper following up from Hotel side. ' I have called the receptionist and been asked to send request by email. And in our previous converstaion, the AirPods has been found. I have been asked several times please help to send it to my home address in Norway, by using postal package. All the additional cost, such as post fee and custom will be cover by myself.

Elevators are not intuitive, people often leave the elevator to add the floor they want to go to. I know you have to put the card below to add a destination floor, but it’s really confusing ;)

Breakfast area too small for the number of people using it, so having breakfast there was neither calm, nor quick. Elevator got completely blocked. No opportunity for fresh air in the room.
