Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The house keeping staff were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it was the hottest weather and the Aircon didn't work as well. But the Staff got me a stand fan and it worked very well. The location was very convenient. Close to the U1. And just a couple of stops away from the sights. There were plenty of interesting shops within walkable distance as well as a supermarket Billa.

The only thing that disappointed me, was the attitude of a male receptionist guy who didn't help me AT ALL to buy a transportation pass. A very kind and helpful girl helped me the day before even printed the pas for me. I returned to my room, picked up the printed pass and showed it to him, but still he said he couldn't do it. Very rude!
-Room was as expected, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, nice AC. Bonus, a gym and sauna! -Location was fine, 2 metro stations near by, even a bus stop was just outside the hotel! Better to buy a transportation pass. If you like to walk you can reach out main landscapes in 20 mins. -Did not use the breakfast option, to be honest I think it is a little over priced, however the best happy hour. from 9-11 was excellent! -In general, I recommend this hotel.

The facilities are great – there’s even a gym and a sauna. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The location is also great, in a very nice neighborhood.

The rooms were not very sound proof.
The location was a 25 minute walk to the Stephenplatz. It wasn’t too far. It made the location a nice, quiet area and was much more affordable than staying in the Inner Stadt There were restaurants and markets closer than Stephenplatz.

Ground floor room. Road was noisy outside. Instant coffee in the room rather than pod coffee. Pillows were not great.

The room was fairly hot but windows provided welcome relief.
Beautiful property near the center of Vienna. It had great facilities with a gym and sauna that were great at the end of the day. Breakfast was also great with plenty of options.

Fitness room not quite what we expected, but still considered as a bonus, there's also a sauna room and a relaxing area which is impressive.
Nice clean and spacious bedroom, away from noise but close enough to Vienna centre, about 20mn walk from city centre. There's also eating places almost on the doorstep by the river, and cafés nearby if you want to avoid 24€ breakfast at the hotel itself. Lovely staff at reception and bar.

Relatively close to the station have to walk 10 minutes. Also note it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city centre

Very comfortable stay – great location and service I had a really pleasant experience at IMLAUER hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal – close to main attractions but still peaceful. A great choice for both short and longer stays.

The location was far from City center. We had to walk about 6 blocks to the Metro and take a train into town. Breakfast was €26 enchufe so we decided to have it elsewhere.
The satff were really kind and helped us with all our questios. They even told us that parking was free in the streets of Vienna on weekends. There was a Coffee machine and a stocked fridge.We had an upgrade so our room had a balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was comfortable.

When checking in one of the staff was being very rude to a staff member in training lecturing her, looked like a toxic learning environment. Very unprofessional.
Great location, you can walk into the centre within 15 minutes. For us the conference centre was also just two metro stops away. Rooms were comfortable and modern, good beds. Breakfast was great.
