The property was in a great location, easy walking to the city and to the Christmas markets/ parks. Was also close to the museums quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were full on our first night and we were moved to an apartment beside the hotel, it was a little lower quality. They were really apologetic and gave us a room upgrade and free breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

Excellent location really close to the trams to get around the city. Reception was so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.. I loved the open areas near reception in the bar, it was a great place to sit after a day shopping or being out and about nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. The breakfast was fantastic.

Pillows were a bit soft and lumpy and the hairdryer was one of those awful ones that you have to keep your finger on the button to work

Only missing an indoor pool/spa - but we weren’t going for that anyway so all good.

The location, on a quiet side road - the staff who were always helpful, and the bed was amazing!

Our only negative was that our room was a little cramped and the glass door to the bathroom was quite disconcerting to say the least

The hotel was cozy, in a very quiet location and within a 5 minute walk to Rathaus U stop. Absolutely perfect location. The Magnificent Christmas Markets were only about a 10 minute stroll to enjoy the nightly festivities P.S. the Apple Strudel is to die for. ♥️

Room size was small for the cost, low ceiling in spots— hit my head at least twice. Mini bar in room wasn’t stocked, and the mini-bar refrigerator in the lobby wasn’t fully stocked either— and when I tried to buy something, they couldn’t find the right key? The motorized blackout shades in our room did not work. No wash cloths in the room? Was told that we were upgraded to a “superior room” due to bookings. If that was the case, I wonder what a standard room would have been like? Accepted the “green option” for housekeeping, but heard nothing on how to claim my bar credit ☹️

Breakfast was varied however the coffee comes out of a machine that was quite bitter. We wouldn't book breakfast again as there were some lovely cafes within walking distance at fab prices

We were very happy with everything.

Very welcoming and helpful staff (special mention for Andrew in the bar). Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was amazing for the christmas markets.
