Amazing location, brilliant staff and beautiful hotel. Check in was easy, Max on the bar was both hilarious and provided excellent service and we were given a complementary upgrade on our room for my sister's birthday. They really made it special.

Great location, we have walked nearly to everywhere. The room we stayed was spacious and the breakfast is very good even with proseccos. Connection is good. Also the staff was very helpful. We forgot one of our mobile and they have found and posted with a very secure packaging to our home country.

Rooms should be supervised for warn out paint in the bathroom or facilities, so they do not ruin the whole impression of the otherwise nice hotel. Those are things that can be very easily redecorated or replaced.

The staff is amazing, very kind and very polite. I was impressed. It is a nice hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are not so large as pictured but are very good. The breakfast was also extremely good. The location is 20 min from the center.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional- more food on offer than we could try! Fresh breads, cheese, meats, fruit, cereal. Huge array. We really liked the empty tea pots - we brought our own tea bags so had a hot pot of our own tea every morning. Staff in reception were brilliant- one lovely lady put our phone on to the Wi-Fi, one great young man brought us to the street to point out directions. He knew we were going to a show and made a point of asking us the next day how it went. Overall 10/10 thank you to all.

This is my eighth stay at Hotel Josefshof … which speaks for itself…. The reception staff are always excellent… warm and welcoming Breakfast offers a fantastic choice The rooms are well appointed, atmospherically designed for the city of Klimpt and very comfortable

The old world charm of the hotel and it's convenient location from the city centre. The breakfast was exquisite.

Wi-Fi could be better.

Excellent breakfast till midday and even possible to have one 15mins before closing. Soundproof rooms with large comfortable beds. They couldn’t offer a double duvet for the but made up for it with a voucher. Late checkout for everyone (12:00). Very helpful staff and always around, even late at night at the bar. Fantastic location to explore this amazing city.

Great hotel! Perfect location, quiet, very close to the city centre! But the most important: stuff at the reception and during the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Breakfast is not cheap, but still great value for money. Very clean, every small detail is important for the stuff! Delicious! Its 100% sure, that going back to Vienna, I take the same hotel. And recommend to the others! Estonians love this hotel! You never regret, booking this hotel!

I find some Austrian people very strange and weirdo cold. I feel they do not like anyone. I feel like they are slightly xenophobic, to say the least. They do look at blacks and foreigners differently, which is so petit. You can feel it in each hotel you pay to stay.

The hotel is decent. The staff is ok. Vienna is very nice.
