Really liked the design and decor, especially the bathrooms, the bed was good, little touches like the macaroons and welcome card, friendly staff. It was close to early walk to the main touristy bit of Vienna but also easy to walk in the opposite direction and be in a good neighbourhood of Vienna with shops and restaurants

All fne. They are going through renovation, so they had a temporary check in area. We are looking forward to seeing the completed entrance.

We opted for the breakfast, which everyone seemed to do as well. You could also eat in the garden, although it was totally full when we went, so we ate inside and sat in the garden afterward. It was excellent, with a lot of local cheeses, cold cuts, excellent cakes, breads, two espresso machines, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit, etc. We really enjoyed it. The hotel has a lovely vibe, and consists of two historic buildings. I love that it is a bit away from the hubbub of hardcore tourist Vienna. It is easy to get everywhere from the hotel by tram, which is part of the fun. The room was small, but very comfortable. The large Samsung tis are great.

the poor wifi connexion

You have many bus stops or metro points near you. The neighborhood was calm and the hotel as its name suggests has many Josefshof decorations. The room was spacious and the bed supper comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the poor wifi connexion but everything else was great.

The only problem was that the toilet papers were not regularly changed and we needed to call reception and report it several times. There was some road maintenance during our stay, and reaching the hotel was not easy.

Everything was excellent, and they were very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was terrific.

We thought the breakfast wasn’t worth the 25 euros per person (if you selected the daily option). We paid 28 euros per person because we only had it one morning (we wanted to try it out). The food selection to us wasn’t great. My husband asked for sunny side eggs or an omelette and they didn’t have that service.

The hotel is now on a pedestrian street with not too much foot traffic. It’s quiet and safe. It’s close to many restaurants, cafes and 2 grocery stores. We walked to all the sights but took an Uber to Schönbrunn Palace. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

AC could be better but we visited on a very hot time of year and were staying on the top floor. If you are an Israeli, be advised that the Palestinian embassy is just across the street which may stress some. In reality it had no effect and we felt very safe through out our visit. I will visit the hotel again if I am in Vienna.

Very welcoming and professional team. Fantastic breakfast. Very good location for walking to the major sites in Vienna. Room was spacious, comfy beds and quiet room.

There is a road reconstruction in front of the hotel and we had worries weather it will disturb us. But likely we didn't heard anything at all.

Location is super central - 5 minutes from Parliament, Volksgarten or Museum quarter Personnel - very friendly and helpful! I don't remember all the names, but receptionists Thomas and Thomas were friendly at ch/in, Olga from housekeeping was really helpful with my queries, Maxim and all the staff at breakfast room - just amazing! Dora M. from reservation team explained everything regarding constructions - absence of noise was the important factor for our trip. Breakfast is really good with a big verity of fresh options, omlet, pies and tasty coffee.

Nothing to dislike!

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the major sites and public transport.. The street the hotel is on is very quiet which meant we slept well. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were helpful we were able to leave our bags on both arrival and departure days in order to get out and about before check-in and after check out. We didn't have breakfast but it certainly looked good and was served in the dining room or out in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Room configurations. Initial room allotted absolutely terrible with head hitting on roof. My friends room had three levels. These are nit certainly suitable with elderly people and with baggage.

We learned that the hotel’s entrance street was under construction 3 days before we arrived. Also couldn’t get the highest floors - 4 or 5.

All the stuffs are awesome! My daughter and I were really tired after long flight when we arrived but the front lady was very kind and she offered us early check-in and room upgrade! Everything was perfect during our stay. We definitely will come back next year!!
