Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms do not have air conditioning and it is very hot. Sleeping is only possible with the window open. The bad smell from the shower. The room was poorly vacuumed.
Possibility of online check in and check out. White sheets and towels. Windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Kind staff at the reception.

Room 112 develops a strong smell from the toilet. I had to go to my car and sleep on the back seat. I informed staff, they were friendly but no offer for any type of discount.
Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast for 16€ (expensive if you just want coffee)

I didn t like that we didn t had a balcony, airco in the room because was very hot and we couldn t sleep and the fact that when you shower of you burned with hot water of was too cold.
The hotel is very nice, restaurant also. Quiet place

There is no air condition!!! It mean you must open the window, which it still doesn't really help and then they is another reason you will not be able to sleep as you will hear the road next to the hotel all night long. We couldn't sleep for more than 30 min. It was bad! Also there are no consistent hot water, you will get cold water every few moments. If you are coming in summer, look for another place to stay!

Not alot parking spaces, but we were in town for a car meet, so I'm guessing that otherwise parking isn't that big of an issue, as there aren't that many cars
The hotel looks nice on the outside and on the inside. Room was very clean and big enough for everyone staying. The staff was so nice and helpfull with everything. Breakfast was delicious.

Was just an overnight stay for rest after a long journey trough Europe and a last minute booking. The Hotel is 10 mins away from motorway in a very quiet area . Staff is very friendly. Very clean rooms with comfy beds. Bathroom as well, very clean. I would reccomend their restaurant, its very cosy. Prices are more than decent, food was tasty and their local beer was amazing. As i am transiting the area a few times per year now i know where to go. Highly reccomended

The staff didn’t speak english at all and was very very rude Location was bad, in a small village, nowhere to eat. Restaurant was closed at 9:30pm even though we called before arriving and they said we can have dinner in the hotel. After we arrived they said its closed, didn’t want to offer us anything, more than this at 10 they closed the bar and denied us the acces in the restaurant. If we wanted to eat something we have in the car told us to eat in the room ( we were a group of 10).

The staff didn’t speak english at all and was very very rude Location was bad, in a small village, nowhere to eat The hotel was old, bathroom smell in some rooms Restaurant was closed at 9:30pm and at 10 they closed the bar as well, didn’t want to sell not even a water. After explaining we travel with a 3 yo child they accepted to sell us water.

Property is a bit outdated. Rooms are basic but clean. Not well isolated.There was a party in the hotel and we heard the music until early morning.

Great location hotel, close to Bratislava, Vienna, Parndorf. Nice staff, good restaurant that saved us on 01-02nd of Jan :) room was extremely clean, with comfortable bed, big bathroom, warm. All the hangers/hot water in the shower/ chairs, wardrobe - we had everything. Check-in and check-out is fast and easy. Great quite and cozy place.

The building is old and smells like old. The elevator didn't work Coffee at breakfast was bad. Shower door didn't close properly, do water came out. Phone in the room was not connected.

Arrived at this Hotel at 10pm And nobody was there, there was no reception at that time. Struggled to find a key to enter the room. Nobody was speaking english online as well, had troubles with communication. This was so uncomfortable, and the price is not matched as well.
The room was normal for one night. It was clean
