Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing really. If anything, maybe some dust under the bed.
Quiet location, Restaurant/Bar on the ground floor but not noisy. Staff were excellent, requests accommodated whenever possible, nothing is too much to ask. Nearby Mc Donalds, Aldi, Billa and other shops are only few mins walk. Trams is about 3 mins walk. Comfortable bed.

Room was very warm. Only one small window behind a curtain. This meant the nights were very uncomfortable and we resorted to laying damp towels on the bed to regulate the temperature. Housekeeper walked in on our last day before checkout without knocking while we were changing. Checking info says we can get extra water from the restaurant downstairs for free, when we asked, they said it couldn't be done as the had closed the tills for the night, so they were going to charge us?
Great location with access to public transport very close by (tram and train).. Easy to connect Free Wi-fi with good strength to it. Spacious room with good drink facilities and a nice bathroom. Very cleanly presented. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Nice and cozy hotel! Quiet and nice neighborhood. 3' walking from tram station and 15' to center. Below rooms there is a nice Italian restaurant with delicious food! Clean rooms with soft beds. A really nice experience.

There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building. Some of the staff also live in this hotel, they were a bit loud at night, but not too bad.
The accessibility of the accommodation is very good. There were parking spaces in front of the building, although they were paid, as everywhere in Vienna. The size and equipment of the room were good, there were sheaves and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is tidy. I'll be happy to stay here next time.

We were in a room right next to the staircase and elevator so noise travelled from the floors below and the restaurant below. It was very loud and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight even with ear plugs. Some rooms are located down a hallway and I think these would have been better.
Easy check in, close to tram which went close to the city. Rooms are big and clean. Good price.

The bathroom sink was a bit clogged and the water would stand in the sink for sometime which would make it a bit unclean with time.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the location is nice only 20 mins away from the centre of Vienna with the tram station right next the hotel.

Not a good location (if ur wanting to visit downtown Vienna everyday). Far from pretty much everything (especially the train station). Bit loud at times.
Basic but comfortable. Very nice staff (only met the ones in the restaurant). Clean and included all amenities. Decently priced for Vienna. Next to a bus stop and easy to get around.
