How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Refrigerator has no freezer which allows to stay out all day with thermic bag and iced water. Keeping windows closed during the absence, in the evening the apartment is a little warm, very useful the little fan I always keep in the car

Everything was perfect to the details. Very beautiful place decorated with love. We loved the coffee and tea and even fruits and wine was provided and many more things that made our stay like home. Thank you!

The apartment is up a mountain, which means beautiful views, but no supermarket/ restaurant at a walking distance.
We stayed there for one night. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, including books and games. The host was very nice. The views from the apartment were beautiful.

This is a bar converted to an apartment, but this is not a big deal.

Very nice apartment, we stayed 1 night on the way to Italy, we enjoyed the accomodation, all new and stylish and also the village and mountains around were amazing :)

All good
Everything is perfect. Full access to all services that you need. Even if you want to cook or to send some time to play. They provide some good playing equipments. But you have to come before sun sets because the road is dark in night time.

The location of this place is stunning. Although it felt like quite a drive from the Autobahn, it was absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views of a small village nestled into the Alps, everything coated in a thick layer of snow. We were greeted by the friendly host who was very kind and helpful. The accommodation itself was extremely comfortable with excellent modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and we instantly felt at home. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. Highly recommended!

We could stay only 1 night. We would love to stay more.
We have stayed only for 1 night (unfortunately) on our way to Italy. Everything was perfect, this is really high quality apartment one of the best I have ever been.

There is absolutely no reason for any complaints.
Beautiful mountain location. Because of the journey further south we could stay only overnight. If we ever have a trip around, we'll be more than happy to stop by again. I can sincerely recommend it.

Exceptional place. Owner is probably a fan of lighting 😂. Full of light strings everywhere. There are at least 4 or 5 light remote controls in the house. Sometimes it was difficult to figure them out, like how to turn them off, but we had fun with our kids. The place is small, but very tidy and clean. They have a keen eye for detail. They left chocolates for the kids, and even pasta and salsa that we cooked 😋. It's an old bar transformed into a bnb. They still keep some decorations from the bar. A bit far away, but worth the trip.

The kitchen was well equipped, but I think it is important to have an oven extractor so when there is a cooking the smell does not travel all over around. Because this apartment was a cafe before, so the division of the rooms is a bit special, but it does the job.
Very quite and nice location, beautiful mountain view from the apartment although it was not mention that is was a ground floor apartment we found out that when we arrived. Very clean apartment, worm in winter, friendly neighbours, good shower and toilet, well equipped storage
