No wall clock (no clocks at all), the WIFI didn't worked (It appeared a message from A1 in browser that the monthly bill isn't payed :D ), on a first day in the afternoon the "warm" water was approx. 22 C in shower, after 3-4min become warmer but under 30C, next day in the morning was regular warm water but also only after 3-4 minutes. In one WC the ventilator was completely removed from wall. There was one soap dispenser for two rooms and only 5% filled, there was no little bags with shampoo or little soaps what is a very poor excuse because of "climate saving", that is obviously only because money saving. The reception-guy forgot to mention that there is a shared kitchen and laundry in the basement.

Good location, Auhof - Shopping Mall in 180m (there can you leave your car 3 hours free - in this district, you can park free only between 22:00 - 09:00 on the streets ), pizzeria in 10m, railway station 5min, nice interior, comfortable bed, very nice shared kitchen in a basement, a washing machine, nice view of park and creek. simply check-out by dropping keys into the post-box, check-out at 12:00 is also good.

Extremely dirty washrooms. No fans in the toilet. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Carpets are full of spider webs. My husband and I had booked a separate room with a shared bathroom. But there was only one toilet to be shared with 5 rooms and no fan in the toilet! Informed the host and they changed our room. This time next to a dormitory! Again no fans in the toilet and people in the dormitory were partying all night. The place has no network and no wifi connection. The rooms have a very old light bulb. The whole experience was very disappointing.

The lockers don't work, I was assigned a room without a lock and the window couldn't close. I asked for a solution because I didn't feel safe so they moved me to a different room. The new room was worse than the first one but I was so tired so I just stayed there

Staff was not in contact. I called them 5 times, nobody answered and they didn’t call back. Nobody responded to my messages on the booking platform either, except once during check in process. The quality of things inside is poor. Doorknob was broken, window opens vey hard, looks like it will die soon. They don’t inform about parking outside (it looks like hotel parking, but it isn’t), we left car for 10 minutes to put our bags inside, and after that we wanted find some parking. Unfortunately we got fine 36 euro. Host didn’t answer, and we had to find out what to do by our own. Additionally I booked a room with one large bad, but we get with 2 single bad.

- It was super damp in the room - there was a decoration pillow thrown on the bed that has probably never been washed. Under it there was small dirt on the bed. - we had a private room but the hallway behind the door was directly connected to a dormitory. Those poor fellas in the dormitory who had to listen to us getting in and out of our room. They had no door to block the noise or anything. I felt uncomfortable going through their room. - the information on their booking.com changed all the time, starting from payment (no pre-payment was suddenly payment within a week from booking) and ending in check-in times (from until midnight to only 22:00). Had to ask several questions with private messages. Wouldn't have been able to check in if I wasn't active like that myself. The staff seemed pretty bored about answering my questions. - towels were small. Apparently we should have paid extra for bigger towels. That's just a way to pull money out of the customers. - the only lightening option is the ceiling lamp, which is quite bright. No dimmer lightening / reading light options. - no soap or any other necessities in the showers or bathrooms. No sinks in the bathrooms. No hangers for clothes or towels in the shower. No hand towels. - there was one hand towel in the kitchen toilet but it was spotty-dirty - kitchen smells

1:room I had 2 times reservations for a “4 bed room”, every time after check in,i found it’s a 6 bed room , and last time i stay here for 2 nights, first night the room have 4 person, me and a girl , and 2 men, last day when i come back, door to the balcony is open, the girl seemed already check out, few hours later,two men came back and the next morning， they wake me up aask me do i have a key，they wanna go out but the door is locked 。I ask them： “where is ur key？” he said we dont have the key， i give them the key and feels afraid, if they r the guest, why don’t they have a key? if they don’t have the key, how do they get inside and stay in my room??Is this place really safe without any staff in the reception center by self check in? 2:kitchen they have a big nice kitchen, 2 fridge, but no one really operates this place, only a clean lady do a little clean, there r many tools to cook but no oven or stove to boil or cook, it’s really weird, bed smell and may bugs because of the rubbish 3:staff the hostel is self check in. it’s ok .but u have to make sure it’s a safe place and the staff can reply the question from the app on time or at least answer the phone! only if u tell the staff u r waiting for check in, or they won’t reply any information, that feels u r living in prison at last, it should be a great place to stay, the environment and the basic facility r amazing. but i think the owner give this place to an operation company who didn’t run this place very well, it’s only 5month from opening, can’t imagine how it will go afterwards. it’s a waste of investment.

Everything, beginning with the complete lack of communication with the staff, when I was having issues booking and tried every listed method (email, Whatsapp, calling) to contact them, and didn't get an answer until a day or two later, also without any proper information. There is also literal zero staff at the location, at least when we were here, making it impossible to ask anything. Due to that, we have also been unable to find the kitchen garden and the ten billion amenities listed on here, that paint the hostel as some beautiful resort while it's a hole with nothing in it. I don't know if those things even actually exist or were a straight up lie, but either way it doesn't matter because you receive zero directions, and other than bathroom no doors had a sign suggesting it wasn't just someone's private room. Self check in can be great, but as practice shows, it extremely easily goes wrong, and here they somehow managed to mess up something even as simple as leaving the key in the lockbox. Thankfully, someone finally answered my call and we were able to go in, but that was a 2 second interaction where I barely realized anything. Oh, and the elevator still has isolation material on the insides, not making it impossible to use, but absolutely making it look like I came to some construction site, and not a 50 euros a night hostel. Next, the room was absolutely tiny, and furniture (a bed (double as in two twin pushed together, with a giant gap between mattresses where I kept falling into, the really should've kept them separate), two tiny metal tables & weird shelf like thing with stuff written on it, looked like they stole it off the street at this point, they seem too cheap to buy anything normal) took up all of it, and had no thought behind it at all, all at weird angles and the bed with good meter away from the wall, making the room even tinier.

The location - despite being very far removed, the public transportation is great and the village/district is extremely beautiful and full of nature. The idea of this hostel is good too - but the everything else was awful. The bed linen seemed okay I guess.

The ventilation in the room wasn't that good so it felt quit damp. And the hostel is a bit far from the city center of Vienna. But there goes trains close by which takes you to the city in like 30 min.

You got a free beer and a coffee in the morning, which was super nice and generous. And the staff was really friendly. And the room was big and spacious.

Toilet paper not available for 2 days. The person I chatted with on whatsApp was really and truly helpful. However, the one who came into the rooms to provide help was racist! She even did not care to answer when I asked to put toilet paper in the WCs.

Parking situation in Vienna in general. I recommend to forst park.in the parking garage at the mall until you figure out things. Room was not soo clean and also very empty

Corridor leading to the room has no windows, nor ventilation and is constantly closed off, so there is no fresh air in there. Bathroom lacked toilet paper and was constantly wet, because shower cabins let out water directly on the floor with no protection. There's not enough space to keep your clothes with you when you shower. Kitchen shelves are also constantly wet since there's no proper place to dry dishes after cleaning.

Hotel is located right next to train station. Big grocery stores are nearby. Kitchen has lots of space to prepare meals, store ingredients and sit. Nice view on the river from the window.

I booked the place as they mentioned the kitchen. But as I checked in, I realized there is no cooking facility. They kept saying they will arrange something, but nothing happened. Totally disappointed. There are no mats outside bathrooms, no change of towels for two days. There is no person available for anything. Everything is in auto mode.

The beds weren't completely clean (hairs and stains under the mattress cover), more toilet paper could have been provided, a bit more furniture would have been nice (table), ventilation in the shower and room was non-existent (it was very warm and humid when we came home), and maybe one or two extra cooking stoves and some extra cooking knives would have been great.

The location close to the train station, the shower was great, lot of space in the room and the use of the fridge and common kitchen. Overall it was what we expected according to what we paid, we had a nice stay.

All the water from the showers spilled out into the (carpeted!) hall floor, making a wet mess. Somehow there are no sinks to wash your hands in the restrooms, so we had to go all the way to the kitchen to brush our teeth and wash our hands.

Very new and clean. Nice location. A little far from the city but easily reachable by train. Nice rooms with comfy beds and a nice view of the river.
