The room had good privacy and the mattresses were comfortable . The breakfast was perfect and the breakfast’s working hours were excellent . The parking lot was safe , however really expensive. Near the hotel there are plenty of metro or tram stations that can get you easily in the city centre

Nothing really. Perhaps more coffee supplies in the room. There was only one coffee and milk per head per day. !!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. A large selection of fresh food each day. The breakfast staff were lovely. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Lauren. The Bar area was a nice place to sit and relax with a drink and a bar snack.

Although location wasn’t in exact centre. It was easily reached and really quite central. Clean tidy and beautiful looking building. Team helpful. Bar team member was efficient. With great recommendations. Reception team also helpful with good advice on every request made. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping team friendly and accommodating. If visiting Vienna again would opt for this hotel.

Small room, practically no space around the bed, uncomfortable for longer stay. Room was not clean enough, dust and hair everywhere, the room and furniture were outdated. Pillows are too soft and flat but the mattress is comfortable. Size and condition of the room rather 3star. Breakfast: pre-made omlette was horrible, coffee could be better.

Private parking garage just front of the hotel (25 EUR/day). Restaurants and shops nerby. Big walk-in shower, shelves in the bathroom for your toiletries. Other quests were surprisingly quiet so we could sleep all night. Breakfast: meat dishes and sweet pastries were very good. Overall the breakfast was good with quite wide selection.

A couple of the reception staff could have been more welcoming and would have been nice to have a coffee machine in our room but everything else was fine, so no big problem.

Lovely room with kettle and mini fridge , large comfy bed ,good location, was short walk to city centre. Nice friendly bar to chill out in the evening.

My room was on the top floor, that’s why part of the ceiling was low because of mansard roof. It made my room smaller than in the pictures and darker. I thought it was bigger and brighter room, but because of the roof it was not. I told the stuff about it, they were kind enough to offer change, but as I already unpacked I didn’t want to move to the other room again.

It is a well-located accomodation, just 5minutes from metro, tram stops, 10-15 minutes away from centre by metro, very convenient. Breakfast was well served, the room was clean and warm.

My second stay at this very well located hotel, not far from public transport and with excellent rooms, good breakfast, excellent service by the staff. I will certainly come back.

The first night was a little cold, but from the second night, the situation improved.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, on a quiet street, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the nearest subway station. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Prater and a 20-25 minute walk to Stephanplatz, in the center.
