The location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely helpful. There was on site parking for 15 euros per day.

There was dust in every corner of the room. The floor didn’t look clean at all. So were the beds (poorly maintained). There was a tiny AC which didn’t help during the hot summer. Super overpriced for what they offer. I’d give 1 star to the place.

The rooms are outdated. You need to step very carefully getting in & out of the tub as the tiled floor is very slick when the bathroom is steamy. The pillows were awful.

The hotel is located in a great part of town & the staff is outstanding! The bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was delicious & a great way to start the day. We’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms were lacking certain amenities like kettles, air conditioning, etc. which might make it too hot during summer seasons. Breakfast might be considered pricy for value.

The room's were decently sized. Each room was different, with different fixtures and layouts. The hotel was excellently positioned; a short walk led to the historic part of town with many restaurants and eateries nearby. Great for families who are happy to walk to the sights. They accommodated a cot for our 4 year old.

Exhaust in the toilet was not working for our room. It would be good if they provide hot water kettle and complimentary tea/coffee sachets in the rooms.

Property is located centrally, good transport option to reach to tourist places and airport. Property was clean and moderate sized room for 2. They have storage/ locker rooms to keep our luggage which is very handy. They even provides umbrellas which was quite helpful during our trip.

Staff one of them exhibited racist behaviour laughing at my Indian name and for me missing some details in the registration f orm. It was absolutely insulting and she denied being indifferent and racist. It was too obvious and the person treated us differently and the Europeans who arrived. We were made to wait till 3pm while others were given rooms immediately they came in. Skin color does matter here!!

The check in hour is too strict. They didn't want to do the check-in 10 minutes earlier, even if the room was ready.

The room was nice and clean. The location is very good , close to the city centre. Also easy to arrive at the train station with tram no 1. The staff was friendly.

The reception was very friendly. Hotel location is very good, nearby the Salzburg castle, very close to the riverside, BILLA market. It has convenient parking lot.

For the value of this hotel, the price is very high. There is no air conditioning and the evening restaurant was not open during my stay. The breakfast is also an additional cost and should be included given the price of the room. The hotel is also just on the outskirts of the city, so it's not a far walk to restaurants, but it's still a walk if you want to have dinner.
