The property was great. My only concern was that the man at the reception wasn’t very friendly and he didn’t mention or explained anything about our reservation, he just asked for our passports and gave us the keys to our rooms, we had to ask everything to confirm.

I wish there was a fridge in our room. I don't know if there was another price point that would have gotten us one but I didn't see that option when I booked.

The location was the ideal. Everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and linen and towels were very good. The breakfast was indeed very good quality. It was advertised on the website but we confirm that everything provided was very tasty and of good quality.

The Taxi ride from the train Station

The location was great once we got to the hotel by Taxi, If we had knows we would have taken the subway from the Train Station to the hotel and would have saved 40 Euros' but once we got to the hotel , the area around it was great to wonder around and explore

Hotel was full, had difficulty in finding a table at breakfast room in the mornings.

Location is very convenient. 3 different metro lines within short walking distance. Historic city center is at 500-600 m walking distance.

The price is inadequately high compared to the similar level hotels in other European countries , modestly equipped room, Breakfast area too small for such a large hotel, some tables squeezed between walls.

No tea coffee in room, very creaky floor, came in and cleaned room every day but didn’t make the bed?

Great location, good clean modern bathroom. Breakfast satisfactory, reasonable amount of choices. Spacious room, lovely comfortable large bed , but furniture very dated. It’s a budget hotel but a good one, but budget in Vienna still means pricey in my view!

Nothing really, it was all well run

We were blown away by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff when we arrived late on Saturday. He was incredibly helpful, leant us an umbrella and gave us good ideas of where to go. It definitely turned the frown off a delayed flight and torrential weather into a smile.

Since the hotel was in Innere Stadt, everything was walkable, even to other locations further away. We also liked the included breakfast. Other perks was proximity to Stephansplatz for dining and shopping as well as the Austrian Post across the street.

the garage was a good 5 minutes walk away. upon arrival i had asked the staff how far away it would be and they told me “oh just 1 minute”. after we got back i told them it was not a minute. they hustled shrugged it off. considering we had my disabled mother-in-law with us, the provided information could have been more respectful and accurate.
