The service at breakfast was a bit unpleasant and sometimes badly oriented towards the guest (during our 3-day stay, my partner and I had the opportunity to experience not very nice service, of course, given the large amount of work of the hotel staff at breakfast, we had the chance to hear a strange tone addressed to us as guests + comments thrown in the native language of the staff)

The big advantage of this hotel is certainly the location, strictly the tourist centre of Vienna. A nice amenity for sure was the air conditioning in the room, which was a lifesaver in hot weather. Good breakfasts for sure - a very big advantage as well

Breakfast choice should be a lot wider. Had breakfast all over Austria and hotel post was the poorest. Coffee choice limited. Not enough fruit and warm food. Plenty of good bread. There was always cakes..? Prefer omelette to cake for breakfast.

Even room was clean, but it had that oldness smell inside, floor was squeaking quite loud. You could see that pipes and shower was quite new updated, but furniture's not so much. The short cuted curtains looked a bit funny for such a big windows.

Locations of the hotel is really great, few steps and you are in the heart of Vienna. Breakfast was quite nice, the room itself was okay, you can easily see that Hotel is quite old, and have long history. Even so from outside the building looked quite stunning. Room was ok spacious, with Air condition, it had all necessary things for short stay. The noise isolation from the street was really good.

We were aware tea and coffee facilities are not provided in the room, however, this would have been a great addition for a more comfortable stay. The luggage storage area has a key code on the door, but it isn't used so the luggage isn't completely secure.

We had a large, clean standard double room. The bed was very comfortable and it is the quietest hotel room we have ever had, enabling a good sleep. Breakfast more geared towards continental. Staff in the breakfast area were excellent and friendly. The hotel location was great, approximately a 15 minute walk to St Stephen's Cathedral and only a 5 minute walk to the metro.

The hotel was amazing, only complaint would be that the shower sometimes switches drastically between hot and cold and it can be a bit unpleasant

Amazing location, 5 min walk to Stephensplatz. Big spacious rooms with huge windows that let in a lot of natural light. Great air conditioning! Breakfast was good as well, plenty of options. Bed was clean and comfortable

I liked the position and bathroom.

Location was wonderful, 5 minutes by stephanplatz. Breakfast was quite good: I appreciated scrumbled eggs with bacon. Bed was not enough long for me but It was comfortable.
