Nothing really major to complain about: if I had to nitpick the shower is a little weak and there's no tea/coffee/kettle available in the room.

I had chosen to pay for my room at the property. However the hotel “tested” my credit card by reserving the entire amount the day before arrival and without previous warning. I can understand that the hotel can take an authorisation on the card but not for the whole amount. I effectively payed for the room in advance and that is not the condition I booked under! This is a bad policy and something I would warn other guests about!

Great location, very close to the city centre and transport. Spacious room, old fashioned decor, but clean and comfortable. We were also allowed to check in early and that was much appreciated! The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh with very tasty scrambled eggs and a choice of cakes.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The wifi in the room was sketchy. Direct view of building next door.

Central location was great! It was a clean spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast buffet selection was good. Friendly staff.

They have no control whether the guest has already left the room or not, one day we had just gone down for breakfast and when we arrived we were surprised with the room already being cleaned. The second day we were woken up with the maid entering the room. At night there is no bar or coffee machine.

Good location and they allowed us to check in a little earlier than the indicated time.

The hotel was in a great location just minutes away from great shopping, restaurants and a metro station. The breakfast room was always very clean and the staff were friendly, they were also able to provide me with gluten free bread which was amazing.

the room that we got had like a mini room in the room for the toilet, and also the window was in front of another building, like 4 meters far from the other building window so no natural light that is coming in ther room, the courtains were usless nealry always dark

the hotel is in a good spot to go aroind the city center by foot, the staff was cool and chill and friendly, i liked the domotica thing that you can choose between courtains up and down.

Breakfast coffee could be better. It would be also useful if there would be a fridge in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was small but very clean. The bed was comfortable and cleaned every day. The breakfast was really delicious with various choices (scrambled eggs were the best). The room was warm - guest is able to regulate the temperature by himself via thermostat.

It was a bit noisy on Friday night (had the window open to the street) but that can't be helped.

Well placed hotel for access to trams etc. and shops. It's an old building with history, makes a change from modern blocks.

They didn't make up the room despite we left it in the morning. There wasn't enough space to eat breakfast for all the visitors, infact we had to wait outside.

I like the central position and the comfort of the room, infact they are large and silent. Also the bed is soft and cushy.
