No reception, no receptionist to do the check-in and/or settle a minor issue if it arises For instance, when you want fresh towels the next day and according to instructions you put your towels on the floor but the next day the cleaning lady doesn't show up at your room ...

Location. Most major attractions are a short walk away. The rooms are in a beautiful old building. Management cares about sustainability, upon arrival they provide drinking water in the fridge, and some chocolates - a very nice touch.

The terrible smell frm the toilet bowl and the tinkling sound frm the aircon/heater piping. The noise frm the restaurants across are louder on Friday and Saturday.

Location was great, everything was clean and working. Getting in and out of the hotel with a pin code was easy and works well. There are some bars close by, but with the window closed at night, any noise didn’t bother me. Very good value for money, would book again for a cheap few nights stay.

Location is great! A few minutes' walk from the center. Even if it is self check-in host was more that welcome to leave us to leave our luggage in their office which made our trip more easier and comfortable!

Loved the location of the apartment so close to everything by foot, it was nice the self check in and that we didn't need a key for the room, also very clean and very warm. We loved our stay there

The room is a bit small but you manage, the bed unfortunately was two single made to one larger and this was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great, very central with good commodities next to the hotel, like grocerie shop and public transport. The communication with the staff was always good and they were so sweet and gifted us an Easter bunny. This was a nice touch.

If you're on the larger size, the shower stall might be a bit tight for you. I wasn't able to turn the AC on and the room got very hot at night with just the fan. If I opened the windows pigeons would have come in which would have been kind of fun, I guess.

Directly next to a Spar grocery store so you can hop in and grab anything you need. Perfect location. Great shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, historical sites, UBahn all around. Felt clean and safe inside.

Very convenient and simple online self check in process and access to the property facilitated with a code provided before the arrival. Quite small, but perfectly adequate room in a very central location. Very good option for a short stay, especially a solo traveler

It was the wonderfull greeting and really nice communication that really stood out. The place of the apartament is just perfect (near the center and few minuts from Airport bus 2 stop in Schwedenplatz, Spar is a few meters away). The room was cozy and very clean. Thank you!

I stayed with my friends and for 3 people the room was enough spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, exactly in the city center where you can walk to everything. Being in the center didn't create any noise, and the isolation is good, so we slept well. The wi-fi is good also, the room is in a nice old building and it's very safe.

The bathroom was smelly, came from the pipes maybe, we needed to close the bathroom door in the first day. Later it moderated as we used the water. The big bed was actually two beds, with my partner we had some discomfort.

The room and the bathroom was nice and well equipted, the design was excellent too. We felt appreciated guests, we got more than expected. The location is awesome, we reached everything we wanted to see on foot. The windows look at the street, so the room is light.
