It was a missalignment between the size of the room booked and the room distributed. Probably computers AI fault.The personell tried to ofer a compensation involving breakfast. Was let say a kind of solution but I chosed this hotel exactly for the room perspective. I canceled another booking at a different hotel for this. Was unconfortable but at the end accepted by both parts.

It was a modern , self chek-in facility, clean, with very practical sens, with many options and opportunities, managed by a young team with excelent communication skills.Even young, the personell ,was very focused in solving problems, occured not from their fault. Highly appreciated. The low quotation for facility was not because of the quality of the facility or services but for some missalignment specified below.

Breakfast could include more fruits, but it’s really good. The cleaning! They offer you a drink (that I never got) not to clean your room daily, but I think it’s important to clean it daily (at least to pick up the trash).

We were truly amazed by this hotel from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout, and the check-in process was seamless—automated, yet with friendly staff available if needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore the city. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! There were plenty of delicious vegan options (a big plus for me), and the coffee was excellent. We also really enjoyed spending time at the bar in the evenings. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the option to skip housekeeping. In return, you received a voucher for a free drink at the bar—such a smart and sustainable idea. Overall, this was a fantastic stay from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel right away and when I checked in I wanted to stay another day. So I requested and was denied the ability to get a room. The receptionist suggested that I go back on Booking to get a room for the next day. So after checking in I went to the cute sitting area outside and found a booking available. Alias, it was for the same day! The receptionist immediately came to me to alert to this problem..."Do you want another room for today?" "Of course not. I am alone" She suggested I contact Booking right away. I did, but I was still charged the full amount. This review could be for the room I didn't stay in.....So sad.

Staff weren't always fast to help when we were in reception. The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough.

Check-in was easy, even when we arrived at 1am after a delayed flight. We liked that we could exchange daily housekeeping for drinks vouchers, which we used for cocktails. The cinema room is a fun addition. Very easy to get to the metro. Nice and quiet in the rooms at night.

The staff were great and super helpful. I loved the bar and terrace area – it’s a nice communal space, and the fact that you can get a drink 24/7 is a big plus, especially if you arrive late. The rooftop terrace is amazing, full of plants and with plenty of seating. The location is excellent – central for shopping and the city centre, with a good connection to the airport.

Everything was satisfactory but only the shower was inside the room without any cover nor curtain.

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite satisfactory but only boiled egg (not fried). Terrace of the hotel was very calming and peaceful full with many plants. Location was superb, close to main station and many tram andnbus stops. Along a very popular shopping sites and restaurants. Staff gave us useful advices for visiting the city during our stay.

Bathroom without door, not good in case you travel with a friend Breakfast not worth it in my opinion The day of the checkout someone came to my room at 10am, just knocked once and entered room and left when they realized I am there. I did not feel safe after that and immediately checked out.

breakfast i think really way too expensive for what you get, bread was all gone 45 minutes before breakfast closes. most expensive 24 euros ever for an incomplete breakfast. You can better get a sandwich around the corner!! At 08.15 someone came into my room, this person called 'hello' a few times and then said 'ok', and closed the door again. I suspect it was a cleaning lady, I didn't get to see her, very unprofessional I think, especially because I had indicated that I didn't want cleaning, I was only there for 2 nights. I was immediately awake and unfortunately couldn't sleep well anymore.

Good location and staff is friendly. Nice rooms and very clean. You get the opportunity to get a voucher for a free drink instead of a room cleaning. Perfect if you’re there for 2 nights.
