Shower room was too transparent. It was good that there was a curtain to get privacy.

Location was excellent. Very clean room, bed and pillow good. Staff was friendly.

The first day they did not clean my room properly or make my bed properly. The second day, they did clean and make the bed correctly (without me complaining) but one of the shower towels had bunches of other people's hair on it. On the other hand, the location is not good. I think the hotel is quite abandoned, given that there is an old smell, uncomfortable beds and pillows. I had been to this hotel chain before but I don't recommend it this time. The only positive thing is the price. Breakfast very expensive for what it is.

Clean, great sized room, really good location, quiet, wonderful staff who were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Good atmosphere. Attractive décor. Well stocked bar.

The room was functional and clean. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was lovely, and the location was perfect for going to my business meetings and for roaming around the city. The hotel has a lot of character, which I loved.

The hotel is very suitable for solo travelers. Cozy, everything is at hand. Great location : near Wien Mitte train station but quit area. Interesting design. Personal is friendly.

Shower and toiled within same space... It was a little cramped up. The window was directly half meter from another wall.

Nice funky hotel. The staff is really artistic and interesting. The night music and venue is great for a chilled laid back evening. Great gym in the first floor.

Could only exit from one side of the bed. You need boiling water to make tea, luke warm from a tap is no good. You need a proper kettle at the Tea/Coffee station.

The shower set-up is not optimal. The aeration system doesn’t eliminate the humidity which leaves a bad smell.

The location is very convenient and close to the city centre, we walked the whole time to every attraction.

Hotel had a single, relatively small elevator, which made for a longer wait. The music theme and two Marshall speakers in the room felt a little gimmicky, though others may appreciate it.

Booked a larger room, the extra space was at the washbasin/entry hallway which seemed odd at first glance but did mean ample space to set up luggage. Shower space felt more roomy than other hotels. Beds were comfy and room was clean and overall comfortable. Hotel was within short walking distance of Wien Mitte and the mall there, making finding transport and food both easy.

It's not that we did not like, but it's UNUSUAL. Our bathroom/shower area was all glass, open to the sleeping area. Very ok for couples, but privacy is compromised. Breakfast is nice but basic.

The location was good, as there is a metro station nearby, with connections to many parts of the city. The special part of our stay was the staff. Especially Sofia and Roland, who went out of their way to be friendly, welcoming and professional.

Tea and coffee making facilities were available on the upper floor landing (for everyone to use) but it would of been nice to have them in the room.

Really friendly helpful staff. Easy check in. Lovely clean room. Comfy bed. Great shower.
