My own fault but I didn't read that it was a self check in. If you like the personal touch and a reception to ask questions/help with information then this is not for you. The whole set up is impersonal with contact only via messages/instructions. The main switch/lighting we could not work out. So if you needed to use the bathroom during the night you had to switch the main switch back on and all the lights in the bedroom or take a phone/torch with you. We couldn't really open the curtains whilst in the room as the window is at street level so anyone can look in. Would I stay here again? No. Sorry but it maybe suits some people but this is not for us.

Once we got our bearings the location worked well for us. The actual room/suite was fine but we prefer to have an On site bar and reception.

The floor was a bit cold.

The suite is beautifuly designed, easy to find. We didn't get anything from the minibar but it all looked tasty. The cosmetic products for the guests to use there are amazing! I'll prolly buy them online to have them at home. At first I was a bit nervous because it's a street lvl room, but it was safe and quiet.

The toilet didn’t smell as it should. Didn’t have warm water the first morning, had to come back and shower later in the day.

There is no AC in the room, only one heater on the farthest point of the room, so it takes few hours to heat up the room properly, but the hotel provided us with thick blankets, for our baby as well. The room is equipped with noise isolating windows, but you can still hear the street/cars at night for those who need complete quiet. The shower has hot water, but they run out very quickly. We checked-in early, and paid extra, but the room floor was dirty.

The location was nice, 10 minutes' walk from karlsplatz, and our unit was just in front of the church. There was a coffee shop just across the street and a small children's playground that was very useful for us with our baby. The check-in/out was super easy and comfortable, and the stuff was very responsive for any question we had. The hotel app is very helpful, full of useful recommendations. Well equipped kitchen and a big dining table for those who prefer to cook/eat at home. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

The cleanliness left a fait bit to the imagination… ie. the floor throughout was sticky, a couple of the pillows on the bed had yellow stains on the covers and the toilet smelled and looked like it was forgotten at the last clean.

We turned the heating on one day and when we went into the bathroom there was lots of ants- I'm not sure if they were next to the heating pipe and it disturbed them but we did have to sort of plug the part of the wall they were coming from with tissue. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect.

The location is really perfect- a 5 minute walk from the train station, belvedere and the metro. It feels very safe even though the front door opens out on to the street, the area is quiet and residential. The bed was like a cloud and I slept like a dream every night. The apartment is decorated very nicely too.

The door of the place goes directly to the sidewalk, which was a little bit strange for me.

The place is really nice, with a nice vibe and the location is good, half way from the train station to the city center. They have coffee and tea for you to make and there are two supermarkets close by.

our suit was located right next to the church, which very loudly rings bells every morning at 7am. so if you want to sleep late, you have no chance.

Personally, I missed the air conditioning. This room needs some kind of solution to this issue. It is possible to open only one small window under the ceiling and it was stuffy at night.

Location. It was just perfect. The room is very clean, the design is interesting and modern.

I informed the staff upfront that I would be coming to their office around 10 a.m. on the check-in day to store my luggage before the suite is ready. However, when I arrived at the office it was closed and I was not able to reach the staff by phone.

The suite was very spacious, certainly bigger than most hotel rooms I have been to in Vienna. I also liked the industrial decor - the suite used to a carpenter's workshop and there are still some tools left as decoration. It was also relatively clean albeit some less often used surfaces (like the large shelf above the bed) were dusty.

The room was damp, old and smelled musty. The window was small and dark. It was close to the road and a bit noisy in the morning. What made me angry the most was that after I checked in, I found that my room was not cleaned, the sheets were not changed, and there was no water and wine as promised. I called the number provided and was told that it was the weekend and I had to wait until tomorrow morning. I had to complain. Although someone was arranged to come later, I was unhappy from the beginning. Then, the promised cleaning was once every three days, but it was not done at all, which made the whole trip unhappy. I reported it to the customer service but to no avail. They said they would give me a 10% discount next time, but I would never choose it again! I don't want to give bad reviews, but I have to say it's really bad. I don't know how those good reviews come from.

The location of the accommodation is good, close to the train station and the distance to the attractions is also OK.

Suitable only for couples, there is no privacy in the shower

Good communication, full directions, it was very easy to find it and settle in. The room was in a great location, quiet street but very close to the city center. It was very warm, clean, well equiped, hot water and wifi working properly, interesting decoration, comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Bad service nobody answer and response the concerns. Never work the WiFi connection. There’s not hot water sometimes The curtains dosnt cover the room so the early light of the morning wake you up. The worst was that anyone the hotel or booking response my concerns
