Some of the guests were questionable but there was never any issues. I just didn’t like the energy of some people I spent time around. Yet everybody is different. Also the sinks are too far away from the cooking stations but this is a minor considering how good the facilities are and the stuff they provide in the kitchen to use.

The staff here were very friendly, helpful & couldn’t do enough for you. Dean & Derek are always there to make sure things are running smoothly. All the other staff are really helpful & friendly too of course. Dean in particular takes his time to go around and make sure everybody feels welcome, asks if you would like to get involved in any activities etc. The accommodation is always kept very clean with cleaners working around the clock to clean up after scruffy guests! The beds are comfortable and you’re provided clean towels. For the cost of the stay for what you get in this area, you’ll not find better.

Sinks could have had more soap available to use My pod was opposite the bright white light for the location name "Berlin" which was pretty light over night. Easy fix of using an eye mask to sleep.

I booked this place with breakfast included,but only last day after asked I got a sandwich with coffee for free , thanks to César!! I probably should have asked from the first day of my arrival. At the end I had a really good time here!!!

WHERE DO I begin! First of all, the Staff were so friendly and kind and they showed all the facilities and amenities at the Hostel. They helped out with the various questions and check in, I loved the bunks it was well furnished for sleeping and storing items, the showers had great pressure and were perfect to rinse off the day, plenty of comfort and Bathroom options like the Hair dryers, soaps, fridges to store food for long term stay and the price was very reasonable. This place really helped me out and was perfect for a nights rest and recovering. Thank you all so much. 11 stars would be my choice if I could!! :D - Sage

The staff was very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. The bathroom and toilet were very new and clean. I booked a plan with breakfast included, but it seemed to have changed, so I couldn’t have breakfast on the first day. However, the staff handled it flexibly and gave me a coffee breakfast voucher for the second day. Most of the guests were young, and I even made some friends. It was a bit noisy at night, which was a bit disappointing.

The place is great, fantastic position because it's super close to the tram stop that gets you basically everywhere in the city and you have a nice park just a few steps away. The hostel is clean and well taken care of because the staff is just freaking great! Cesar is just amazing, it'd be worth it to come here even just to meet him! And also the rest of the staff is the top, you can really tell that each of them cares about giving the best experience to everyone. The vibe is great, people are generally very respectful, friendly and fun and you're just gonna love your stay here. Nice, comfortable private capsule beds, big kitchen with everything you need, big showers and clean bathrooms and a perfect space outside to hang out on your own or with friends.
