Too many people in one room. Despite the capsules it gets very very noisy at all times. So many young people who just don't care about others, talk, discuss etc during the night in the capsule room. Couldn't get the small fan inside my capsule to work on the 2nd night.

Really great place to stay, high quality and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and had great privacy, kitchen space was well equipped (fridge space was a little tight) and there was plenty of places to sit both inside and out.

I understand it’s a hostel, & theirs rules. But a lot of people didn’t follow the quiet rule after 9pm, I heard people swearing & yelling / a lady was crying even in her bed loud, and it was close till midnight before it was quiet & I was really tired and someone kept savagely close the draws underneath to put your belongings in & wasn’t being mindful there’s people sleeping / resting.

The mattress js super comfy, I appreciated the top sheet but a blanket should be supplied automatically on the bed too as it gets a bit cold :) bathroom was really clean & modern. The little lamp,/ fan & power adapter was super handy.

Cleanliness is the main one, the comradery between the guests is A1 and the staff are definitely one of the best things of the Accom, front of house staff Cesar, Adi and Italys finest barista are sure to put a smile on your face when you arrive and make you feel instantly at home

Super friendly staff and the hostel facilities were always spotless and tidy. The capsule was super comfy and had a great room to store my luggage.

The bathroom wasn't very well stocked and there was some damage to the toilet facilities that needed attention. Overall there wasn't much to complain about really.

The space was very well designed with designated spaces for all different needs. There was places to relax, read a book, watch movies on their giant TV. The common kitchen was very well designed for cooking and cleaning. The quite hours were observed very diligently by all guests.

Some people are quite annoying in the late night, kept making noise( they don’t obey rules). And a random guy (my neighbor) used my towel to wipe his feet and shoes 🤢, caught by me but still lied to my face, while he had his own towel on his shoulder.

Transportation, shopping is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Public facilities are tidy, clean. The air flow is very fresh. The space is large! Provide free breakfast. Very fair price.

I did my best to come up with something, but to be honest, there just aren't any.

The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is super relaxed, and the capsules and mattresses are extremely comfortable. This is by far the best value for money place to stay. If you're looking for a comfortable hostel, I highly recommend booking a stay here as soon as possible.

Clean, comfortable bed and simple but good breakfast and dinner. If you're going to take part in the Gold Coast marathon, it's the best option, close to the start and finish line. On the day of the race, the staff served breakfast in the early hours of the morning. I highly recommend it
