I did not dislike anything, only things I had to say as it is a new place which I’m pretty sure they are implementing soon anyway is plug sockets out the back chill area and a couple of laundry machines

The concept was new to me and I absolutely loved it, the place is soo clean and ran impeccably well, breakfast and dinner are great (a nice social time) and the bedroom is very quiet which is a major plus.. I’ve travelled for 15 years and have never seen anything ran like this! Great experience!

The staff were great and went out of there way to help you and it was the cleanest backers ive every stay in that bath room was so clean when i looked at the toilet or the Basin it burnt my eye retinas. Gives a new meaning to shiny. The location was great 100 metres to Woolworths and a big shopping centre with everything you need like optus and vodafone. Fast food like Macca's KFC and kebabs and much more in the way of shops.

Very clean and quiet accommodation, the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and respectful, a good location with stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby and 2 minutes from public transport

The rooms were quite cold during the night, needed an extra blanket but asked for it on the second day and everything was great after that.

The service was amazing, the reception ladies Navi & Niva were so wonderful. Very helpful & welcoming. Very good value for money

The space to put the luggage is not too big but they have a cabinet for each bed so it's not too bad. It would be great to add some power plugs in the common areas

Everything's brand new, well maintained, clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and the hostel provides free meals including breakfast and dinner. The location is nearby the tram and the australian fair so it's really well located

New, good facilities, big and spacious kitchen. Liked the location- just by a shopping Centre, park and tram stop. Comfortable beds. Ok breakfast with bread and cereal. Great dinners.

New hostel very well thought out in its design, large and clean kitchen, large and comfortable common spaces, the staff has been very friendly at all times, you can see that they make an effort to ensure that you have a good experience because they offer solutions to any problem you have, good number of bathrooms and kitchen, I enjoyed the dinners that were cooked by the staff, you have supermarkets, shopping centers and office works nearby, ideal to arrive and manage all the procedures, 100% recommended

The only thing with the capsule is we can hear some noise from the outside I mean from the corridor.

The capsule system is actually really good cause we can have our own place. Everything was clean, breakfast and dinner really good and the guys were very nice!

Some of the Toilettes in the female bathroom didn't have locks.

I had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hostel. They give breakfast and dinner for free. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is huge. The bathroom is very clean and the showers are big.

Nowhere to do laundry and could do with some more places to put items in the showers but this is only being super picky.

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the facilities were kept super clean. Beds were super comfy and surprisingly really soundproof. Breakfast and dinner included. Get a little fan in your bed as well. Amazing hostel. Will be back soon.
