In the restaurant I was extremely surprised that non-acoholic beer was unavailable(and its southern states popularity apparently unheard !).

THE RECEPTION STAFF were always very courteous and helpful. Staff in the restaurant were similarly courteous and helpful.

Food was a bit bland. Buffet was pre cooked so less desirable. Restaurant food was OK, but didn't excite the taste buds.

At arrival, someone came to help us with the baggage trolley, but when she saw the number of luggage she went back inside ! Bathroom a bit small and plug for razor not functioning.

Aircon - can't adjust the room temp. Bed and pillows - was like sleeping on a trampoline. Bathroom - no ventilation and what's with the glass door! Couldn't use the bedside lights separately.

The staff are awesome. Excellent service. The rooms are nice and big. Lovely salt water pool. Nice food.

The air conditioning in the room was freezing and was unable to be modified even though there was a control panel. It was so cold that I needed to request blankets for the bed and was actually uncomfortable in the room most of the time due to this. If you feel the cold this hotel may not be for you. I would say the temp in the room was about 16 degrees.

This is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The room was very nice and modern inside and the beds very comfortable. The balcony is very small and had a view of the back of the hotel where the loading docks were, however we could see the ocean at a stretch. The balcony was not really big enough for any furniture other than a single chair. The breakfast was excellent, except the main cook on the days we stayed seemed very unfriendly towards many of the guests and seemed to just grunt at people who were asking for foods to be topped up. All other staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was lovely to have breakfast by the pool. The location was excellent being just around the corner from the main street where there were lots of restaurants and bars with happy hours and meal deals each night. The hotel was also central to everything and we were able to walk to most places.
