I have stayed at this property many times in the past. This is the first time I’ve stayed since it became a Hilton. I absolutely love the new look inside. Very clean and tidy. The kids really enjoyed the buffet breakfast (especially the pancake maker). The pool was lovely and warm, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fabulously big, well appointed and super comfortable rooms, great views of the ocean and lovely staff, we had to pay extra for a latte at breakfast but it was worth it - Perfect for regrouping after 3 days on The Ghan!

it was perfect and the staff was perfect. The hotel was not too big,the bar restaurant and food was perfect for ourselves being a older couple.All in all no problem.

The front counter staff and manager were so genuine with their treatment. Hotel supplies the best pillows. Black out curtains is a huge bonus and the amount of movies on the TV that were compliementary was very impressive. We will back again next weekend

Booked through Bookings.com for room including breakfast. When we arrived we were advised that breakfast was not included I HAD TO PROVE THAT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED The other issue was the bathroom. Water could not be kept in the shower and flowed out into the sink area making it slippery and dangerous. Further the toilet paper couldn’t be reached from the pedestal. Absolutely ridiculous!

All staff members were incredibly helpful and generous. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and in excellent condition. The location right across from the park, with access to exercise facilities and walkways, is superb.

The staff were amazing, so friendly towards my children. The breakfast buffet was excellent I was so impressed and the dinner food was also so delicious I couldn’t have faulted any of it

Was a very costly experience. We caught and provided Barramundi to the kitchen to cook for us. We were told by two staff this could not be done. While buying a drink at the bar we were told it could be done. Then they charged us more for a meal where we provided the fish than what they would have charged for the same meal where they provided the fish themselves????. Plastic cups only near the pool and you had to walk into the hotel (while wearing your swimmers and being wet) to order drinks for beside the pool.

All were average for a hotel but I feel they were expensive.

No hot water for shower at one stage.

The entire hotel is maintained to such a high standard. The hotel rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. All staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The bed was really comfortable and the room couldn’t be anymore cleaner than it was. There was plenty of delicious options for the buffet breakfast. The pool was in a large area, allowing enough space for all those staying at the hotel.
