very comfortable and quite. Very quite in a nice neighborhood and great views. it is a short walk to the historic shops, restaurants and historic docks area. the owner and his staff were extremely friendly. we arrived early and he, and his staff, were really flexible in making sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Hobart. We loved the complimentary kitchen larder for a quick morning bite and the evening port in the parlor.

Everything was superb. The attention to detail and special touches made it even more so. We loved the beautiful fresh food we could help ourselves to in the kitchen, the welcoming lounge and dining room, the views from our room, and the easy access to Hobart’s cafes and restaurants. We loved the suggested day trips, including recommendations for attractions, cafes, and scenic drives. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

the light switch in the toilet is linked with the noisy exhaust fan - would have loved it if they can be switched on/off separately!

Stunning view, the location (walking distance to Salamanca place and even Brooke Street pier), the staff are really friendly and helpful, helped me book a cab to the airport. Good air conditioning/ adequate heating.

The hotel was superb, a fabulous location close to wonderful local restaurants and bars . The facilities were top quality. The continental breakfast was delicious- gorgeous home made cakes, yoghurts, fresh orange juice and coffee and tea. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in . Fantastic value .

Best boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Well appointed room with spa. Great wifi. Owners Ash and Brock amazingly responsive. Well stocked kitchen and self serve breakfast. Complementary port. Free laundry in the basement. superb location.

The way I was made to feel - the friendly atmosphere and the elegance of this place. The boys obviously put their heart and soul into setting it up. I met them both, and enjoyed their company. The homemade goodies in the kitchen were a lovely touch.

it was in a great location. The host was fantastic. He went the extra mile by providing cakes baked by his mom. Breakfast was fantastic.., with fresh juice and yoghurt. The view from the house was stunning.
