Food options, when you didn’t want to eat at standard times were very lacking. The remote in our room was rubbish and hardly Worked.

Good rooms and great location. Staff were really helpful and happy to accommodate.

That we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. Tried to eat at 6.00pm with our disabled daughter. Restaurant was empty & we were told that it was fully booked & we would have to come back at 8.00pm. Fortunately a person at reception told us the food is better at Mangata Restaurant & you don’t need a booking. Mangata was fantastic. Very accommodating for our family situation. Thank you Mangata, shame on you Sails Restaurant. No care there.

    It was comfortable

Stayed here for 1 night only so didn’t get a chance to explore the area string the hotel much but everything in the hotel was fine. Comfortable, clean & a haven from the flies outside! Also, it is very accessible since most tour buses/coaches do the Ayers Rock resort circuit for all Uluru tours. Staff are polite & attentive - the hotel has a restaurant and is close enough to walk to the small strip of souvenir shops.

No water provided in the rooms Extremely expensive for basic items like breakfast Fresh crockery not provided in rooms No fresh milk once opened No entertainment onsite Late checkout was only 10:30 not 12/2pm like most Pool not heated for winter stays Ran out of drinks like certain wine etc Asked for cot for baby and was told it would be in the room had to call twice to get it brought up.

Clean and great location with good facilities provided. The food was excellent and there was a good selection of drinks.

The service for food was a bit slow and the waiters did not tend to come back to see if you needed more water or anything else to drink.

The location and shuttle bus were very good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

VERY overpriced for what you get. Nothing included in room price, not even a bottle of water.. We asked to extend our checkout by 1hour to 11am which was accommodated and we appreciated, however we got back to the room at 10:45am and we’d been locked out already. So the extra 15mins we had twas taken up by having to go back to reception and gain access. At 11:05 management were knocking on our door and waited for us to leave. We explained we’d be out in 10minutes as my daughter had a fall and we were trying to clean her up, but felt rushed with them waiting and cleaners waiting outside. Considering the amount of money we paid, I was disappointed.

Our room was spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant area is lovely and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Location is good.

Getting told as you check in a 3pm that the two better restaurants are fully booked is hopeless. Need to make this very clean when booking. Service staff in restaurant in the evening very poor. Had to chase up drinks and water. It was a buffet so they were not busy with food. Food ok but nothing special but in Ayres Rock things are limited.

Rooms good and clean. Lady on reception very good.

The beds were extremely comfortable but the rooms were dated and need a refresh. For the price we expected a little more. The lobby bar was a good alternative for dinner as our dinner experiences were all cancelled due to weather. Many staff were new and very inexperienced.
