Funny wet/mildew smell in the hallways. No ironing board.

Staff were friendly and helpful Had everything that was needed. Lovely and clean. Quiet. Nice space. Easy to get to via public transport and very close to the beach.

We were in a 3 bedroom apartment (Apt. 1001) we had one issue which was that the refrigerator made a terrible noise which vibrated into the main bedroom. We mentioned it to reception & they were aware of the problem. During the evening we turned refrigerator off & turned back on next morning.

The apartment was fantastic, great views of beach & Hinterland. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need if you wanted to do any cooking. The apartment was styled beautifully. The pool & facilities on the second floor were fabulous.

Mould in shower. Replacement of guest toiletries, kitchen and laundry were not done daily. No vacuuming done in room during stay. Would have liked more lounge seating.

No storage/cupboards/shelves at all in one of the bedrooms. One of us had to hang out clothes in a collogues room - not appropriate for the situation. Not enough comfortable seats in the living room. The apartment sleeps 6 but there was only one couch which 2 people could comfortably sit on and a lounge chair which looked nice but not so comfortable. Def not enough for 6 people. There were only 3 of us but only 2 could sit and relax comfortable in the lounge area. Booking was for 3 double beds. Upon arrival one bedroom had twin beds so bedding configuration was not as requested.

Lovely, clean and bright accom. Great pool/spa area. Staff were lovely.

Somehow there was a buzzing noise came out from the ceiling of the main bedroom. When I raised this as an issue with reception, the noise disappeared.

All three beds (including the main bedroom) were only doubles so it was a little tight with two adults and the pillows were too full/solid for a side/tummy sleeper so ended up using the decorative cushions to sleep with haha! Easy fix for hotel though and then couldn’t fault a thing!

Loved this property. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Broadbeach! The rooms were super clean and modern and had everything you needed and more! Paid for an ocean view upgrade but when we arrived it was only partial/side ocean views and the staff removed the cost of the upgrade without hesitation. Great customer service!

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in . Comfortable beds, beautiful views and the facilities were amazing . Parking was convenient. The staff were very accommodating for my visit with needing a little extra reception was there to help. We will be back.

The building itself, the fittings, furnishings and decor are all of exceptional quality and comfort, as were the generous provisions. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment with a beautiful view, so were more than comfortable and felt quite spoilt. Building and garage access were secure, yet simple and the location was convenient to everything. Staff were friendly and professional.

EVERYTHING was exceptional. HUGE 3 bedroom apartment. The cleanliness was 10/10. Staff were very kind and helpful. The view was stunning. We will be coming back again…..for sure. we had a fabulous stay.

The pillows in the room were a little too high for me but that was a minor issue compared to the amazing property.

The property was amazing! The rooms were spacious and the views spectacular. The pool and spa area were a hit with the kids.

Not much not to like , the only thing I would mention is to instruct the cleaning staff on company expectations on ‘Room’ servicing and advise just dropping clean towels is not up to the standards this hotel obviously is looking to achieve.

Feels like a spa when you walk in, very calming and good vibes. Reception staff are excellent, very friendly sincere, polite and helpful.

Some of the cooking appliances could do with replacing. Teflon pots and pans are scratched terribly. They should be replaced as they are hardly safe in to cook with in this condition
