The location was good. As it was near to all metro, bus,and tram services. The hotel was clean, but the room which was promised during the booking was city and river(canal)view.. during the check in, I asked politely with the male receptionist to clarify if the room allocated for me, fits the criteria. And he said, " I don't know". Not the best answer I was expecting. The fact I'm a hotelier myself for over 13 years and yet a traveller seen better services outside West Europe when it comes to communication. Secondly, the room I was given was clean visually. But the amount of dust on head rest ,side tables, on the lamp stands,and bathroom vanity was very obvious. Than comes the worst the shower drainage releases powerful stench though it was very very clean with polished exterior. The ventilation basically doesn't work in the bathroom but hanging for the purpose of decoration. The room is basic, without a mirror on the wall. Just 1 wall mounted hanger which fits just 1 raincoat. Room for 2 , but.. yeah. They can be better to be honest. I would say, inexperienced or careless business owners. It's a shame. I have seen similar and far worst hotels which holding 3 star status, in Belgium. Definitely doesn't represents 1st world' country's quality.

Cleaning staff didn't replace shower gel when it ran out, room bathroom used blinds instead of having a door. Room was very dark.

Desk staff were friendly and allowed early check in, hotel was quiet.

Noisy in the morning due to the daycare right in the back of the hotel. If you want to sleep in and your room is on the back of the hotel, consider you'll be awaken by kids and kids songs. That's frustrating when you need to rest. If you have the room on the front of the hotel, then it's the noisy traffic. So don't expect you'll sleep in a quiet place.

The location is good. Walking distance to the center, tram and bus close by, restaurants close by and downstairs. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The room was nice, but a little bit beat up. The door handle on our bathroom door was a little broken for example.

The location was great! A very short walk to the city centre. It is also about a 25-30 minute walk to the Brussels-Midi train and bus station. The staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after we checked out until our train later that afternoon. The room was clean and had excellent storage space, with a large desk and a nice closet.

It all looks very ascetic (but that's what I expected), but the room is very cold. Icy concrete floor, cold air. On the second day of our stay, the toilet broke (namely the flush system).

Great location, city center within walking distance. There is a good coffee shop nearby. Clean hotel, quiet street, normal atmosphere.

Lighting is a bit too little so the room can be a bit dark. The hairdryer was defected and no other replacement in the room. Seems the hotel spent all the money at the staff education instead of the facility itself. Location a bit far from central.

Staffs were super friendly. The hairdryer was defect so I walked to the reception desk to ask the staff. He then told me to wait in my room and ran upstairs and downstairs to find a good hairdryer. At the end the staff gives me the gadget at the room door. Room was cleaned every day.

Cleaning workers were very rude, she was nocking on the door at 8am like a maniac, and opened the door while we were in the room changing, we only had the check out time at 11am. But she was insisting for us to leave. We also could hear the water running from the toilet from the other rooms at night, witch made the stay a little uncomfortable at night to sleep. The staff in the reception were very nice, and helpfull.

The elevator was outside the hotel and the toilette outside the rooms on the first floor is broken, dirty and the way to it is little confusing and scary. I had to use it after I checked out, so it was not a nice last impression
