Breakfast was served too late for a 9am start on the day's cycle tour. But I was able to eat my takeaway from the bakery in the courtyard.

The bike was accommodated. The room was very comfortable including a kettle for morning tea.

We struggled with our room door a bit, sometimes felt like it had not been locked after housekeeping.

Outstanding hotel in the old.centre, really just a few hundred yards walk. Spacious, clean, comfortable, nice bath amenities, elevator, air con. Beautiful.breakfast.

Breakfast looked nice, but was not included and fairly expensive so we didn't eat it. When we arrived nobody was at the front desk and after ringing the bell a few times we finally called someone on the intercom and they had someone there in a few minutes. Minor inconvenience. The stairs going up to our room were extremely steep, but we made it work and there is an elevator available for those who prefer it.

Fantastic location very close to the heart of the Bruges city center. I was concerned about our inability to control the air conditioning in our room, but it was very comfortable and we had no issues with it.

We were only staying in Bruges for one night, on our way to Amstadam. The hotel is located right in the centre of Bruges, literally a 2 minute walk to the famous tower and to be able to park my motorcycle in the secure garage located straight across the street was a real relief as parking is limited in the town. The staff were really helpful and communication before the stay was quick and easy. Lovely clean, well equiped rooms made the stay a pleasure. We will definitely be staying again, for longer.

Only had one room key, so when I went for a run in the morning, I couldn't get back into the hotel without my wife coming down to activate the door.

The breakfast was lovely and had a lot of choice. The location is 5 minutes from all of the sightseeing locations (although that may be the same for all of the hotels here). The bed was massive and super comfy.

Only a small thing, the cream supplied in the room for coffee and tea wasn't very good. It formed lumps in the cup and any amount of stirring couldn't incorporate it. Could have been more coffee, tea bags and better creamer supplied in room. Was only two of each for two people and it wasn't restocked daily.

The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Having a mini fridge in the room was great, shower was hot with good pressure. Overall a great experience.

Location: central and calm at the same time. Room: functional (albeit small), good facilities, bright (on the top floor), very clean, large and comfortable bed. Staff: professional, helpful, friendly. Good internet. Good breakfast

We liked the location, size of room staff breakfast v good.

Staff friendly and accommodating Did have an issue with no safe in the room or telephone. I had to insist on having a safe and had to write a letter of complaint to the manager only then did they put a safe in the room.

There hotel bar could be improved with more drinks to choose and a few more teabags in the room.

The location, parking (secure private garage) and the staff is unbeatable. Situated in the centrum with everything in walking distance you really cannot ask for more. I would look at this hotel again if I'm back in Bruges.

The hotel locates in city center, but away from crowded spots. Many good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great, expecially freshly baked breads

The rooms are very small

Very neat and in great, clean condition. Very good breakfast! Fantastic location. Very accommodating and friendly staff with our luggage and also late check in. Lift available.
