The air cooling system is not designed to endure a heat wave, so it was prohibitively hot even with a fan loaned from reception (which was covered in dust, and I endured dust blown straight at me before realising) The lights were calming, but totally not suitable for reading, working, or even putting on make up, as the spot light falls on a strange spot in front of the mirror and so you can’t really see yourself well enough

I genuinely appreciated all of the space. I wouldn’t change anything!

The property was artistic and eccentric with such a lovely aesthetic. I took my 19 year old and its proximity to the train station and most everything in Zurich made it ideal for our stay. Also the breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in Switzerland. The staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful as well.

Just the langstrasse red district

It’s a very appealing place in anew neighborhood ( although you step in one direction Langstrasse and it’s red light district ) and very close to the train station

Quite expensive breakfast (but of high quality and with wide variety). Need to walk 15-20 minutes to reach the historic city center. A bit difficult to reach using GPS. Ask for detailed instructions.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and a private parking to safely park the car. Free goods from the mini bar, and free use of the sauna and the gym for all guests. Very friendly staff.

It wasn't a problem for me as I was alone, but it could be made more obvious in the photos that the shower in a medium room is behind a glass door right next to the bed. I would have liked a kettle. The noise from the trains didn't bother me, I actually found it soothing, but if you're on the side of the hotel next to the train lines you can hear them, which might bother light sleepers.

The room was a good size, the bed was super comfortable and I liked having options for making the room darker with the shades/curtains. TV worked well and could cast to it, which was great, WiFi worked well. Loved the smell of the toiletries, and the light up mirror. I really liked sitting on the window seat and watching the trains. The hotel was in a great location, close to the main train station. Air-conditioning worked well. So nice to have a mini fridge and some free bottled water.

It was interesting check in. We were told our room was ready and when we checked in, the room was still not cleaned. We were confused and went down to report to the reception. They were nice enough to give us a free upgrade immediately! Room was nice and spacious and had everything. Location was about 5 to 7 min walk to train station. Restaurant at the hotel was nice. Wide breakfast spread and we could also order from the kitchen for other items as well. Really enjoyed our stay here.

No complaints at all.

We had a marvelous time at the hotel. It ideally located near the train station and a plethora of restaurants and cafes. The service we received from the front desk (Lisa) was first rate and the food served by Fran and Sophia was always done with a smile and patiently explained the menu choices which helped make our dining experience so enjoyable. The food was so good that we kept returning almost every day. The room was large and comfortable. We can't wait to come back again.

I did think the price was high when I booked however having then seen the prices for everything else when I was in Zurich I would say the price represents the city costs.

Fantastic location only 10mins walk from Zurich HB. A very friendly welcome on arrival. Complimentary mini bar with lager, water, soft drink and snacks.

Conveniently located near train station and scooters for easy transport. Rooms were spacious clean and well equipped with bougie items. Although at time of booking car parking was full but staff helped us find one.

The treadmill didn’t work properly.

Great location, relatively new hotel and facilities. We arrived at 8am in the morning and the room was ready, shows flexibility (we informed them before).
