Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Superb room with a balcony overlooking a meadow with a small stream. Fantastic, soft, comfortable bedding, just like home. Very nice restaurant with great food. The best hotel we stayed in while traveling around Switzerland. And we stopped in many places.

Property was so well located - 10 minutes walk into old town. The hotel itself was so generous - complimentary mini bar fridge and coffee/tea pods. The room had everything we needed, it was spacious modern and clean. Parking available on site with additional payment which was convenient for us. The breakfast while expensive was really excellent

SingaporeIn the room I stayed , there was no option to open window, no skylight or access of any open window or balcony and no fans in room that allows for fresh air or ventilation and this can be little overwhelming when hot or can be little claustrophobic (even though room sizes are not small) . Hence, it is preferable to take a balcony room. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive here and not worth the price at all. The rest of the room amenities are great, including the free mini bar.
Location was excellent. Just outside is the tram station and close yet away from the noise of the old city ( 1 stop away) .. plenty of eateries 500 m away makes this easy to access and stay. It has a on site casino if that is your incentive to stay... the staff are polite and premises is very clean with a very nice bar. Room size is good with good amenities and daily impeccable housekeeping

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was located just ourside the city center which made it a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very modern, clean, and comfrotable. The breakfast had many options and was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bern for a visit.

Great accommodation close to the old town. Beautiful area with restaurant, bar and terrace. High digitalization, for example breakfast in the room can be ordered via a tablet in the room.
