Need to know german for self check-in. The password for the free WiFi is available only in the elevator: if you choose to walk the stairs from the underground parking to the check-in room, you end up in front of a code reader in the lobby, where there's no GPS signal or info about WiFi and password (so that you can search your email for the code). The entry to the underground parking was blocked / under construction: there was no clear indication how one should enter the Parking (using the exit lane?). Rough / unfinished precast concrete visible on the room's ceiling, as well as ceiling and walls in the lobby. One of the cabinets in the room had rough edges (no finishing).

Good price-quality ratio, clean room, undergorund parking available, late check-in available. Very well signalised, to direct me from parking to chek-in room and than up to the hotel room. Easy access from the highway. The room was well furnished, with plenty of wardrobes and cabinets. Solid doors and door-handles everywhere. Quiet area, low noise, low traffic on the street.

Unfortunately no TV were provided in the rooms, however it was clearly indicated as included during the reservation process.

The location is very good, close to the highway, but still very quite. Nice, spacious rooms and common areas. Beautiful community kitchen and game room with a pool table. Parking in the underground garage is excellent.

Check-in was not straightforward partly because we arrived at 2.30pm (check-in is 3pm) but also because there was a technical hitch. The staff were friendly so made the inconvenience less unpleasant.

Very comfortable bed, clean, well equipped kitchen and …. a bonus for us curly-haired people, a diffuser for the hairdryer!!

Fridge was noisy. The clock on the oven (or was it the dishwasher?) bathed the room in light. Same problem with the blinds; they don't really block out all the light. Also there was nowhere to put the bath mat to dry. A toothbrush kit would have been nice. Water temperature was not very stable, I kept readjusting it.

Bathroom and kitchen sink were very clean. Soap smells great.

The self check in did not function for us which left us outside for more than an hour. Nobody answered the contact number, the emergency number or the number ‘if all else fails’. When The did answer the problem was resolved quickly. I booked this property expressly because it offered s as pool table in the games room. But they did not supply cues for the table despite my request for the following day. There were 20 plus table tennis bats but no table tennis table! The surround sound in the communal cinema room was not useable due to the lack of controller for the system. This was disappointing because I was there with my son and wanted to keep him entertained.

Construction site was very close to the building. Noise due to it, early in the morning. No parking places infront of the building, with bigger cars, buses might be difficult, due to the length of it. No dining table in the room despite it's an appartment, no air vent system in the bathroom, or it wasn't working during our stay. no airconditioning or vent system in the rooms.

It was ok for the money, Absolutely new and comfortable. Pet friendly, well equipped kitchen.

we requested a baby cot, which only arrived after we asked it for it after check-in, and the one we were given was broken. we also didn‘t get bedding for it, we were told we had to bring our own bedding for it and that this was standard (it‘s not) so baby had to sleep on a plastic mattress in a broken cot. Wasn‘t ideal. Also the shower situation is pretty bad. Curtain that sticks to you, and the water randomly turned boiling hot and then freezing cold during a shower.

it‘s brandnew and decently comfortable, the beds are comfortable and if you are a remote worker i imagine it‘s a perfect setup

This time I had room 212 which was smaller than previous rooms with less of a view. But the biggest issue was that there was really loud noise from pipes. Even though I wear foam war plugs, the noise woke me up at 5am. So try to avoid that room number.
