Very clean, great location (less than 10 minutes from the main Christmas market and really close to the train station), comfortable. Acces to a kitchen and a terrace.

Almost no common spaces, but just for one night it was ok. Lots of stairs so if you have heavy luggage, be advised! No bed curtains.

Amazing location straight in the city center and 20 min walk to the central train station. Rooms are very clean as well as the common spaces (small kitchen, not much else).

the hostel good but 1st no elevator since its not made before like a hostel its rwally undwrstand only pronlem is if u have luggage,but can adjust

location is very goof located in old town anf when u out and u like to dhpp all is there different kind of beautiful shop,church is very near the beautiful lakes if u like to go around,when i reach the hostel beautiful and clean and Linda assit me even no elevator but manegable, i love the view outside,,the lakes the church thw shop is all thete,qnd christmas market has showing ip, they offee different variety and the Hot red wine that i drink firstime,its reccomedable to do a solo traveller and u can stay 1 night amd u go some where again,love it the place

is just mixed room and unfortunately the gays that stayed the first night didnt respect much, they eat in the room, the bed, they dirty everything, noise of movies o their phones very late at night, but the other night was better. The lady in charge was very nice and try to make me feel more secure and better

The matrass was too soft and uncomfortable. Not an easg access to sockets - there was an extension tied to the bunk bed below mine. For the price, i didnt find the overall offer as high value for money.

There are no any option of breakfast and lift. Its difficult to bring heavy luggage in 3rd floor by stairs.

Excellent location!! The place is clean and the personnel at the desk very kind. The place has a small kitchen that works for preparing little things to eat. They keep your luggage after checkout for free.

There wasn't any bidet as I booked a 4 Female Dorm Share bathroom with another gender. It was the bathroom and toilet separately. Had to walked up 3 floors staircase so don't carry heavy bag. The receptionist was kind, she helped me carry one. All my bags was small but still heavy. I have 1 hand luggage, Small bag pack and cabin luggage. Total three. Can't find location so had to seek roadside people to show me the place. I wish they had some indication in the order with photo. I was lock out because the door shut itself (it has password which wasn't written down) while I was checking out 6 am, no one was there but lucky a man came down on his way to leave so I got my chance to get inside to collect my remaining bag. I called hotel no one answer my phone as it was 6am.

The receptionist was kind, she helped me carry one. All my bags was small but still heavy. I have 1 hand luggage, Small bag pack and cabin luggage. Total three.

friendly staff,, really great supporting travellers. helped in late check-in, clean and tidy room, beddings and towels were provided. room was clean, bed was clean, facility looked clean, had kitchen facilities with microwave to warm any food. refrigerator was there. glad to stay there in next trips/ recommend to friend , all available in walking distance

Very few bathrooms and the reception can't be done between 1pm and 4pm what makes it difficult for you if your plane/train is delayed.

The kitchen was small and overcrowded in the morning, making it difficult to access. This is not a fault of the host, but something to be aware of if one is planning to rely on the kitchen to make food.

The host was really nice and accommodating, every time I saw her she was cleaning. Room was clean, nice terrace. The area was perfect, was a bit worried about walking alone from the train station at night but felt safe the entire way. Great beds, especially the pillow - have to be the best pillow I've gotten in a hostel.

Overall It was good. Maybe just a minor detail is that the room was turned window to the street that can be noise by night. But with ear plugs all solved.

The location is great. The framework of the hostel is easy to follow. The staff is friendly. Good option to stay smoothly in the center of Zurich.
