My message was not replied to or an effort to remedy any of my concerns including the fridge not working (loss of fridge items that went warm & had to discard) No light in the bathroom. & I could not even get a confirmation on whether Daily service of the rooms occur (as i was left 1 towel, 1 floor mat & 1 handtowel for a 4 night stay!?!

You can tell it used to be a nicer hotel that has been repurposed this way, but everything was clean and easy to manage so we really enjoyed our stay.

The building was dirty and totally different from what is communicated. The self-checking has to be after 14h and even we arrived at 14h30, the apartment wasn’t ready yet. We have to call the housemaid (that only speak spanish) that were cleaning the other apartments to clean ours. So we have to wait in the dirty corridor during 30 mn. After the cleaning up (the apartment wasn’t even ventilated) we take the studio : there was an annoying smell, no air conditioner, couldn’t open the window as the studio is located on the main road side (noisy with the tram) and at the ground floor, the TV don’t have remote control (we asked but no one answer to our request), the kettle socket was not compatible with the studio socket so we couldn’t even use it, THE the bathroom light switch had a trouble working, one of the lights above the bed didn't work, the refrigerator was not clean and smelled strange, and the studio was storing an old, unused mirror. Even half the cost wasn't worth it. It's a shame to present such different photos and offer your customers something completely different. And the hallway was dirty, full of dirt from several days and was only cleaned on the 3rd day after our arrival. In short, not serious at all, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Instead of a single queen/king mattress there were 2 single mattress and both of which were in bad condition, there shape was sliding inwards towards each other . Cannot sleep properly. Parking was not available.

The wifi login data was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the accommodation. They said it was on a sticker on the door. No sticker. I reported it again but got no response back, so I had no wifi fir the entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, specially the bathroom. The main door of the building is never locked, so it feels very unsafe. The shower had hot water for some time and then it switched to cold water. There was no TV remote (also reported, no answer back), so the TV was useless.

It was extremely smelly, especially on Tuesday the 18th of june. The smell that day is without any doubt the worst smell I've ever felt in my whole life. The rooms had worms inside them.

the refrigerator in the room was not working, it was disappointing, old and dingy curtains in the room, the room also did not block out street noise very well and the floor was not clean.

There was no shower head and the 3 days of my stay there were not enough to fix that. The interior of the room is layed out unpracticaly and unconfortably. Limiting choices with the power outlets.
