The shower door was broken, but that can easily be fixed. It didn’t prevent us from showering so it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was so hot and made it difficult to sleep. The windows thankfully had double glazing that cut out most of the noise from the street where this room faced. However, because it was so hot, I had to open the window which made the room noisy, and once again, couldn't sleep. The shower doors are also broken, making it impossible to close when showering

1) Wi-Fi isn’t working on the laptop because they don’t use a normal connection but one that needs username and password on the internet so if you have a laptop with security access you can’t connect. 2) utterly hot/warm. So much that I had to spend everyday 20 minutes with door and windows open. 3) no space like in the picture 4) lights next to bed not working 5) plastic walls of shower were broken 6) no soap, just two little samples of 2cl 7) no glasses 8) no locker 9) the bed was uncomfortable like never, the mattress is literally bent in the center/middle 10) no acoustic isolation 11) no one came for new towels for 3 DAYS and I had only 2 small ones!!!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed ! The shower doors were broken and wouldn’t open, couldn’t shower for my two day stay. Even tho I contacted them serval times to let them know, they didn’t bother to even look at it. I did not SLEEP one bit there was people shouting and talking right outside my room for the both nights. Room looks completely different to the pictures. Electrical sockets literally hanging off the wall! So unsafe. As a solo female traveler I felt SO UNSAFE here. Couldn’t even open the window as there was no AC in room as someone could of climbed through the window as it was the bottom floor. Customer service absolutely awful wouldn’t reply to me for days on end. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Everything was good. The room was a bit small but we did know that beforehand and still booked the hotel. I don't think that you are able to find better prices in Zurich. So this is a good find

The price was very affordable considering the high prices in Zurich and the location was great. Just a minute walk from the tram. You can also walk because it's not that far. Close by are two caffes and a supermarket with good prices.

I asked the staff to add one more extra mattress to the room since there were 3 of us but the room we booked was a double room, the staff said yes and sent me the invoice, but when we got there there was no extra mattress. Also the reply wasn't very punctual, took 2-3 days to reply to my questions.

It was dirty, the self check-in did not go well and we had to wait an hour for them to open it for us. The place was not too clean, the TV doesn't work and they didn't give us the Wifi password.

The drains didn’t work properly so the sink would overflow. There was no wifi information left in the room like the hotel said there would be. The tv didn’t work. There was no light in the bathroom and the shower doors didn’t work. We tried calling and messaging the hotel and there were no replies.

The room smelt of cigarettes, no air conditioning or ventilation/fan, If you wanted the windows open, there was only 1 curtain to cover half the window which made the outside light shine in whilst you were sleeping. Very poor customer service, didn't respond to emails or messages, no front reception on site. They tried to get into my room at 10.30, half an hour before checkout. Would not recommend this accomodation

The room did not resemble the pictures on booking.com, It was hot, no ventilation unless you opened the window and the door. The room faced the main busy road, even though we requested a quiet room at time of booking. So hard to sleep at night with party noises, trams and traffic going on all night. Not even a glass supplied to drink water, floor was dirty, tv did not work unless you unplugged the fridge, no other power point in the room and the linen was old and felt unclean, the duvet was stained. Would not recommend staying here at all.
