Absolutely nothing

The hotel was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much for any of the Staff. They were all very professional and helpful. One stand out was Parvina in the restaurant. My partner had worked in Hospitality training in Australia and said that the staff here were excellent.

requested a queen bed, got two twins pushed together.

location was wonderful.. literally 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to old town. very comfortable outdoor dining/lounge area.

Think parking was expensive and drinks in the hotel bar but I guess that’s Switzerland for you.

Nothing in specific, but if have to say something, due to the hotel is quite full at the time we were there, it's always take some times for us to wait for the lift.

The rooms are spacious and the location is great, walk distance to the main train station and city. Access to the lake is just right in the corner.

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was exceptional with modern ports for charging and other great amenities. We very much enjoyed the spa & sauna and gym facilities! An excellent stay to recharge our batteries mid-holiday.

a passenger bridge is just outside the window, checkin is very slow, the room was not ready when we arrived at 2:10pm, it still not really when we came back at 5:30pm, have to ask a supervisor to check

the only negative is its a little away, half a kilometer from station and there is no bus going in that direction so walk back from station or main bus stop is a bit drag especially when you are tired in the evening

Biggest hotel room in I have seen in europe...execellen location..5 min walk from train station...just opposite lusern lake...very clean room..clean towel provided with toileterries..staff were accessible and let us print some papers without charge

Water drains very very slowly in bathroom which make uncomfortable during shower. This issue has been reported by people few months ago in google reviews but the issue seems still there. But somehow it drains but very very slowly :-) Reception and area is always busy with tourist groups. At times, crowded like super market. Had to go to reception couple of times to get the access card working. Checkout process is not friendly as some of the receptionist were unable to handle it. If you have not consumed anything at mini-bar or buy breakfast, self checkout is seamless, just scan and drop your access card in the box provided. 1400 for 4N5D with no breakfast option is unreal.

Spotless room. Defintely I will take it as a motivation with respect to how they clean and maintain. Spotless. Spacious room, comfortable beds, not a great view for standard rooms but it will meet the expectation anyway. Bathroom had enough soaps and towels. 5-10 min walk from Luzern railway station. Train connectivity to anywhere in swiss is a plus. surroundings are beautiful and scenic. Location wise ok but I was overwhelmed by expectation when I was googling before I do the booking. Nearby thai restaurant are too good. wi-fi connectivity is good, free bus pass provided at reception during your stay for that zone. Ordered breakfast room service, which was on-time, appreciate it

Location was very good and easy to access by car. Cozy, wide room was very comfortable. Staffs were well trained, supportive and they spoke perfect English. No worries. Wonderful sweets at front desk.
