Perfect stay!! Amazing location, property is in front of lake which gives very nice view, from front and back as well ( i requested lake view but it wasn't available ) Room size was good and everything was perfectly placed in it… perfect decor.. nice aroma all over... few mins walk from all kind of transportation highly recommended for people who like to have perfect stay!

We don’t like check in-staff, she look moody, may because we are asia travellers. She seems not happy to service us. but, we like check out—staff and all staffs at breakfast room, they are excellent!

fabulous location just a flat walk from the railway station and main town , some restaurants and eateries really close by . it’s right on the lake . our room had a view of the mountains . the rooms are really well designed and spacious room and bathroom with kettle and coffee maker . the staff are lovely . great to have a comfy bar with complementary water and few snacks downstairs .

Staff were so friendly from the minute we walked in and were greeted by the receptionist, to the bar staff in the evening, to staff the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, with such a selection. Rooms very clean and refreshed to a high standard daily. Couldn’t find fault. So happy with our stay. Brilliant location, right beside the train station.

The location, excellent staff service and the lake view room.

Have you ever upgraded your room and come to check out five days later only to be told that your lake view room upgrade was all for free?! Will that’s exactly what they’ve done to us! From the moment we arrived at Radisson Blu we knew that we were too early to check in to our room. However the excellent staff at the reception desk ( I think his name was Shahid) did not make a fuss about our arrival time and without hesitation gave us the keys to our room. We had a great view of Lake Lucerne from our room. It was wonderful waking up to such beautiful scenery of the city. The waitresses at breakfast were so wonderful. My husband and I were running late for our tour one morning and we did not have much time to eat our breakfast so the waitress provided us with takeaway boxes/cutleries/coffee cups so we could have something to eat on our journey. Overall we truly had an excellent time at Radisson Blu and we will be back!

At check-in there was initially only one staff member. This creates a long waiting time. For customers who have a concert at the KKL they risk to be too late and would only be permitted to enter during the first break. Breakfast should provide local products, e.g. special local bread types and local cheeses from the area

Despite including a lot of variety, the breakfast could be improved.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The bedroom and living room were spacious with beautiful views (see photos). The room temperature, the cleanness, the staff, the location and the parking were just perfect. The hotel is right next to the train station, but we heard no noise at all. There was no balcony in the rooms, but the doors overlooking the lake can be opened to breath in fresh air. I would definitely stay there if I visit Luzerne in the future.

The view from the room window. But we just stayed one night and didn’t have much time staying in the room during daytime, so it was not a big deal.
