Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyWhen ee arrived we found a Young receptionist telling us The hotel was fully booked. Even if booking had availability. We are 2adults and 2 Kids and she proposed us 2 rooms. I pushed to have a single big room but she contjued saying was not available. We were on the Point to give it up then Henrique fixed everything. Cannot believe such hotel has not skilled personnel receiving customers

United StatesThe "lake view" is only partial. You will look down upon a broad street with loud music on weekends. When you look far, you can see the lake. Also the staff was slow to respond to specific request.
The location was convenient. The room was spacious. The furniture was good for business travel.

United Arab Emiratessome stuff need to know basic rule when dealing with guest.. instead of trying to help or answer some inquiries.. I don’t know or it’s not my job was the answer breakfast was basic and repeated everyday lake view room with no view .. trees blocking the view and a building on the left side. I had bad experience with the chef .. I was waiting on the live station to order some omelette and clearly he has nothing to do but acting busy and after wasting 5 minutes he told me sorry we are closed the time passed 10 o’clock and it was literally 10:01 .. he was pretending to be busy so the time passes 10. espresso machine was damaged and leaking since day one and I have requested to replace it four times but for sure no body care or did. rooms bit packed with a un-necessary furniture. parking is expensive but this is common in Europe. overall the location was the only positive thing here.

BelgiumCleanliness can be improved. Wooden floor in the room showed visible stains. It was clearly only dry cleaned. We asked the cleaning lady to redo it with water. Also the nightstands and tables had some greasy spots which we cleaned ourself. The courtages in the room were sloppy and were hanging loose.

United Arab EmiratesStaff and absolute lack of service. this property like most swiss hotels are severely short on staff so do not expect any off business hours service house keeping or other wise in the room. For example if house keeping forget to put towels in the room and you notice that in the evening, you will be asked to come collect it from downstairs. The front desk staff that checked us in was downright rude. we requested early checkin. First the front desk lady told us that our room is getting cleaned as the previous guest had just checked out and will be ready in an hour. When we returned i was told that the room is still occupied and we cannot check in before 3 which is the guaranteed checkin time. When confronted why we were told otherwise earlier that the room has been vacated and we should return in an hour she told us rather rudely ‘end of discussion’ and come back at 3.

amazing location within a 5 min walk to the wooden bridge and old town Luzern. The hotel also had a nice breakfast buffet with several choices.

The Hotel Manager was extremely professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make ua all comfortable, epecially my mother, who needs a wheelchair to tour around the city. The breakfast was good, thanks to the Indian chef who knows how to make good omelettes!!! :)

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t very good. To be honest, this hotel deserves 3 stars instead of 4. For what you pay, you’re better off going literally anywhere else.

United Arab EmiratesThe bathroom is glass and no privacy specially with kids running around. The breakfast menu limited and the timing is very short it is up till 10am precisely, no joke. The food room service on Monday was off, asking staff why ? they said it is management decision, which is crazy. Finally, I tried paying with old CHF100 old notes and reception refused to take, while I used same notes in small shops in town like toys store and ice cream shop… hotel brand such you shall be more flexible.. in the end of the day your finance department have influence to make bank accept it. this is reflects laziness of your finance team.
