We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is a great hotel. I was skeptical at first because I never stay at Radisson hotels in the US. But this one was amazing. Great room design, contemporary look and feel, modern lobby and bar, and an enjoyable restaurant. The location is perfect. It’s very close to train station as well as the pier for boat travel. Chapel Bridge is about a 7 minute walk. Lion Monument is about 15 minutes. This was a fantastic surprise for accommodations in Lucerne.

Room was huge. Staff were friendly too. Location is very near the pier for those interested in taking the Mount Pilatus Golden Tour (starting by boat)

SingaporeDrainage for shower area wasn’t great, even after they sent someone to service. However, this may just be a room or the drainage system problem as we also encounter it in 2 other hotels throughout our stay in Switzerland.
Location was superb, about 5min walk to the train station if you go by the overhead bridge. Rooms were clean and modern. Provides room slippers which some hotels don’t provide. Staff were friendly and helpful.

AustraliaSmall thing but for a quality hotel like this the towels provided in the rooms were sub standard. They were thin and some were almost threadbare with several holes in them. Also the phone was difficult to operate and there was no instruction on how to use it. After the 3rd time if asking the hotel sent someone to explain how to use it. This was problematic as all messages came via phone and bookings for restaurant and laundry relied on phone.
The property was well located, staff were very helpful! The facilities were modern and the room which was a Lakeside view room was fabulous.

First, the staff - very friendly, courteous, and professional. Secondly, the convenience - the hotel was not in the hustling part of the old city, but was an easy walk away from all the tourist activities. Also, the restaurant breakfast was outstanding. Lastly, parking was very convenient. The hotel accommodates a LOT of visitors from tour groups along with others like us, yet it seemed very quiet and calm.
