Jean at breakfast was extremely accommodating and is an absolutely lovely person! The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful in accommodating to room preferences and giving advice on touristy things to do. Also, the location of the hotel is very central to everything.

Minimum booking of 4 nights!!!! ( During Art Basel period) where most of our party only stayed 2 nights. I find it a ripp-off!

The only irritation was the lack of milk in the room for coffee. The staff were great at bringing more, but the tiny cartons didn't go far. A small thing however which didn't spoil a great stay.

Bathroom badly designed as it was imposssible to enter without banging the toilet. Room overlooked being the inside of building looking onto courtyard therefore curtains when in residence had to be pulled.

I think the breakfast price is too much and should be reviewed and the hotel parking should be for free for the hotel customers!!

Room cleaning & restocking poor this time. Bottles of water replenished after a call to reception, but coffee wasn’t. The floor not vacuumed as gritty underfoot, my travel cup & tea bags were thrown away by housekeeping. No English TV channels anymore, just news.

The rattly air conditioning!

Well-placed, easy access to city, business, and amenities. Comfortable room (with slightly-rattly air conditioning). Decent gym. Good ambiance (and temperature) in the pool. Didn't eat at any of the restaurants so can't comment on food.

Bar was advertised as open until 23.00 We returned at 22.20 and the bar was closed, We purposely came back to the hotel as it was raining outside, The staff on reception told us we should go back out, and walk down the street,if we wanted a night cap,

On reception it being said spa works on Sunday till 21-00, on advertising also this schedule was mentioned. Stuff in spa told pool only till 5pm and also spa till 5pm because it is Sunday

I booked a studio with kitchen but when I arrived I realised the kitchen didn’t have a stove or an oven. Only a microwave and a small fridge. I wish the kitchen was better equipped.

This is a very good modern hotel with very good facilities (good lighting in the room and very quiet, for example) - as you would expect at a reasonably expensive Radission. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is convenient for the rail station (eight minutes' walk) and also close to the town centre. Highly recommended.
