Good value for money, considering that it's Switzerland. It's that the type of hotel which host lots of guests and know how to be efficient but still effective managing to keep costs a bit lower. Suggested

The only negative was the small range of choices at breakfast. For 30 CHF (~£27), the limited selection of hot food was quite disappointing and we could probably get better value for money at a cafe.

The staff were very friendly and communication was excellent. The room was nice (a bit small but we had expected this from the pictures). The hotel is in a good location - walking distance to the main sights but quiet as well. We didn’t use the cinema but that’s a very cool feature!

The breakfast was great. The location was PERFECT for getting to the train station. It's also easy walking distance to many great sites and restaurants in Zurich. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We love the fact that we could do a baggage drop while our room was being prepared. We were fortunate to have a clean room ready before promised checkin. Would defintely recommend to friends and others!

The rooms are very small & the shower door opens into the toilet so you get out of the shower into to the toilet to dry yourself 😞The area becomes very damp & musty - no exhaust fan either. I would also NOT recommend going for the GREEN option if you are staying more than 2 nights. The towels also remain very damp as nowhere to hang them to dry & when we ran out of toilet paper the housekeeper on the floor at the time could only provide a box of tissues 😣

In order to open the shower, you had to open the door to the toilet slightly to get the door handle out of the way.

Cozy room was a bit too small and had an odd layout so it was hard to squeeze past bed to get to the other side. A fridge would have been nice.

Located very conveniently and good facilities. Check in process was easy and they have a good breakfast buffet. A bit strange the way the shower is in the middle of the room and is therefore not very private.

Poor storage and an odd shower setup were the drawbacks of the room. Although it had modern fixtures and was clean, we had to live out of our suitcase due to the lack of a dresser or chest, and the shower door swing was inefficient, causing water to leak into the toilet room.

The room was well-lit with plenty of sunlight. The modern furnishings and pristine cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. The bedding boasted a plush, comfortable mattress and comforter, along with high-quality pillows that helped us sleep soundly.

The warm reception at check in was smooth. I had a hiccup with my online booking as the hotel was unable to charge my card. But payment at check in was smooth with my card. The Ruby Mimi Hotel is about to 2-3 mins walk to the Zurich HB Main Station Infact, if you know your way around, you will never have to use a taxi to get to around. The hotel is centrally placed to many shops, malls, fine restaurants, designer stores, the coop supermarket is just a few steps from the hotel and the pedestrian bridge (Muhlesteg) that crosses the Limmat river is just a walk away Going up the elevator requires a key card which is great for security. The hotel operates a private cinema on the first floor which is free to guest and that for sure was a pleasant surprise. There is always a blockbuster movie every 8pm daily. So take advantage of it when you are here. Actually the first of its kind I have seen. The room is pristine clean but petite. . Remember the hotel operates a lean policy, so things like hangers, wardrobes, bathrobes and inhouse slippers are not provided. However, I am pleasantly amazed at the space management of the room as it still takes into account the basic comfort required for a memorable stay. People and staff make the difference between a great experience and bad experience... For the staff, Nicolas is exceptional and stood out for me. I saw several great positive review for Nicolas before I booked the Ruby Mimi. Now that I am here, I can confirm he is exceptional. Chandra at the bar at night was super warming and we spent some good time together. In summary, Credit to the entire team at Ruby Mimi, the staff are welcoming, always ready to help which is great and customer service was super. Ruby Mimi was an exceptional experience.. I strongly recommend Ruby Mimi, will come back again 100%

Only very small sized room and this suspected for Swiss hotels

very good location. Just few minutes walk to main train station. Near to shopping 🛍,.it.was very clean and quite. The receptionist staff :Nicholas was very kind to us he offered us earlier checking in. As we were very tired, he also guided us for the city information.. I really like the hotel and recommended for others
