1. Cleanliness of the room still need to enhance as spot some dust and dirty corner. 2. No clear signage for check in counter 3. Although hotel room is near to the train station however it's still depends on which platform you drop off 4. Basin is separate from the Toilet area outside the room, which might cause the floor wet. Others is fine.

1. Smart Hotel with self check-in in front the Bar although have been searching where the location for check in counter for almost 10mins. 2. Hotel rooms is safe with security access card that is a good choice for solo traveler especially ladies. 3. Room is full of High Tech (Wireless Phone Charger/ Marshall Speaker) 4. Model Shower Room with Full of Glass and separate with toilet bowl 5. Mattress is acceptable comfort that have a good sleep 6. Last but not least, the mirror behind the room door that have the effect causes us to look tall with our overall outfit before walk out confidently. ;)

Location was excellent! Facilities and employees service pretty good. Also, good WiFi. I enjoyed listening music in the room with a very nice Bluetooth speaker.

Room size a little bit too small, you can't help but get your calfs or shins bruised by the bed edges. Another minus, the doors close very loudly.

Location was great! 3 min walk from the train station, another 5 - 10 to get to the river, the old town and the Zurich lake. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location near train and bridge to old-town area. Modern but tiny (as expected) room. Friendly staff. Nice lounge/restaurant area. We had a one-night stay coming from airport to Zermatt, and after our stay, booked another one-night stay on the way back from Zermatt to airport.

Windows and balcony were permanently closed, and the outlet from the air conditioning was covered with old dust.

The décor throughout the hotel is beautiful. The hotel room was a great size with a fantastic shower and Hollywood mirror over the sink. The bed was extremely comfortable and the option of not having a daily room clean and receiving drinks voucher for the downstairs bar is a great idea that we made use of. Check in was very easy and the staff were great. Anything we needed we were able to ask.

would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room rather than on another floor. check-in in a bar also meant we were waiting a little while.

The hotel was in a good location to visit the old town as well as being really close to the shopping centre. It was right next to the main railway station and a good amount of tram stops. Rooms were bright and clean.

shower drain didn’t work all that well but didn’t make a difference to the stay at all

Location was very convenient as it was right in the town. staff were very friendly and we had a free room upgrade. cinema nights were offered. big room, very good bathroom and shower. comfortable bed with wireless charging bedside table. good tv with lots of options, free wifi which was very good

A clean and conveniently located hotel. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Check-in desk is located in the bar and there is a separate room which shows movie every night.
