A user error I’m sure, but I could NOT figure out how to turn off the lights! Finally just pulled the hotel card out

A bit dark inside the hotel, can be a challenge for old people or those with reduced vision. Room was well lit, fortunately.

Room was beautiful! Location very close to the train station. (Didn't know this but) You can check in online and go straight to collecting your key. Air conditioning was strong!

The property is eclectic and in a super location! All of the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the air conditioner never quite could keep up and it was very warm at night while we were trying to sleep.

Couldn't book an extra night directly with the reception. Had to resort to booking.com. Confusing that with Ruby awards the price was stilll higher than booking.com

The location was Fab. Parking was not an issue surprisingly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good vibe about the place and lean luxury hits the mark for our family.

The view from the Star room was disappointing (see photo). Tho the room itself was nice.

So we stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first night in a Star room. While technically it is a river view, there is a huge Coop supermarket in the way. You can see the view in my second photo. Tho the room was bigger I was really paying for the view and so I was disappointed. Our flight was cancelled so we stayed a second night we had to check out and check back in, but the hotel staff was nice enough to let us have a late check out on the Star room and got our Lovely room ready early, so we just walked around Zürich for a couple hours. The view from the Lovely room was very charming (last photo) and we would have been fine in just that room. If we stay again, we will choose a Lovely room.

Great location and good rooms. Though we had a problem with some water leaking in the room second day, staff were fantastic and shifted us to an upgraded room.

Limited clearance between the foot of the bed and the wall. Walked into the bed a few times as a result. No fridge in the room

Location was great. Short walk to Zurich HBF, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Functional furniture and the shower was very powerful and refreshing.

The location was great! The train station was a short couple of blocks away, it was in the same block as the Coop, it was right next to the river and a short walk to the Old Town area which was super cute with lots of shopping and great restaurants. We were traveling as a family of 4, this hotel did not have rooms big enough for all 4 of us but it was affordable to book 2 rooms and the hotel was able to put us in rooms very close to each other. The AC also worked great and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

On our first stay, we were not facing the main street & it was much quieter, but on our second stay we did and it was a Friday & of course Zurich was celebrating understandably :) but it was still okay for us

It’s a modern, tasteful city hotel located in the best possibly location in Zurich, if you need to be close to the railway stationc, shopping or Airport. The staff is super nice and attentive, we also loved the design concept and hospitality creativity. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the convenience of location, friendliness of staff and comfort & cleanliness of room. Was a nice touch to be able to swap room cleaning for a free drink by the bar too! Didn't get time this time but would've loved to experienced the movie cinema.
