The room .would have been great for two Adults, the room had no wardrobe for the clothes space you had a rail with coat hangers above the tea and coffee area we had a party of three. there was no drawers for small clothing items. the room was very clean and tidy but compact for Three adults.

Hotel was on the door step off all restaurant's,Railway station,Water front and trams.Hotel was at the best place for all different things everyone likes to do on holiday. Trains every ten minutes to airport, Shopping and more shopping amazing shops. we had a great time.

Nothing major, a few small-medium things: The hotel advertises the chocolate fountain and charges a premium but they had no indication it was broken and out of service. While they even had it at the hotel name, there was no indication. While most staff were good, some night staff were inexperienced. It took one 5 minutes to charge a coffee. The ac does not get above a certain level, although I was not cold at the room.

Location is good, next to the train station and some restaurants. Some of the staff were really kind and helpful. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated.

Breakfast is served in the reception area, while eating people enter just in front of you. Single rooms are really very small.

Location is really good, around 7 min from the main railway station, 20 min by foot to the Opera House.

The location is great. Close to the main train station and the old town. The hotel was clean and the room was big enough. You should try the chocalet fountain, it’s delicious.

The noise in the bathroom like water struggling to run through the pipes or something. The halls were a little too tight for us since we have a big stroller.

We had a lot of fun with all the many decorations around the hotel, the chocolate fountain in the reception, and the room decorations are really cool, on top of that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Many restaurants and shops near the hotel, 1-5 minutes walking distance. 10 minutes walk from the Zurich HB train station. We used the gps and we got there with no problem.

Swiss socket is different from europe socket., the hotel has not conversion adapter. You have to have it.
