How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No A/C and the room felt like a literal sauna.
I didn’t know there was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was really good. Staff was also so nice and the rooms were spacious.

In the facilities it's mentioned that there is iron but I didn't see any in the room. I didn't end up needing it in the end so it was ok for me. Maybe if you ask the reception they give you.
One of the cheapest places that we found to stay in a convenient location in Zurich. Easy to go to the centre with a vehicle in 15-20 mins. There is Aldi nearby. Normal size of room considering it's a budget hotel. Good for a few days. Good staff- quick and easy check in. Lots of parking spaces exist. There is cold water to drink in the reception and a restaurant.

The room was quite hot overall. We would have liked a bottle of water in the room on arrival (all other accomodations have it).
The staff was great! He helped us with a lot of information.

The sound insulation was not good. Our room was on the entrance floor, there was too much noise coming from parking place; also, when the guests close the doors, that made too much noise; even the doorsteps could be heard in the room and were disturbing. We had to wake up too early due to noise.
Clean, good air condition, free parking place, very helpful & nice receptionists.

The front office Mr. Lorin Kunz and another lady were were helpful. The rooms could be provided with 2 glasses instead of paper cups.

L.ocation is a bit far from Zurich HB. Shower is a bit narrow.
Room is clean and big enough. Staff was friendly. There is a bus station nearby but bus doesn't last until midnight so be careful while planning your trip to city center.

Double bed with twin bed comfortable but the size of beds are small..
Transport to zurich convenient..got bus facing the hotel.. The quietness of the place. Nice n large smart TV. The staff are helpful and we got free apple 😄👍🍏🍎

Good location for touring, bit of a mix up with the beds, which the receptionist sated was frequent, however it was soon sorted out with a smile and pleasantries, great restaurant, lovely breakfast!

It can get a bit noisy at night, but not too bad for us

Honestly, no complaints! If you are travelling by car, this is a great place to stay with good value for the price.
The staff were incredibly friendly, we asked for restaurant tips, and they went above and beyond by printing menus and giving us great advice on what to see in Zurich. The room was exactly what you would expect from Ibis: clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet.

The pillows are super hard and flat. This is however general ibis problem. I take my own whenever I can. Otherwise - nothing.
One of the very good Ibis hotels. Clean. Stuff super friendly. Good restaurant and breakfast. Location is great - surrounded by woods and river walks right on the door step. Public transport into central Zurich or drive and park - very easy. Stayed with my dog - wonderful time walking around. Restaurant girl was super sweet and they had a bowl for him to drink. Restaurant has a terrace outside. No carpets. Walk-in shower.

The bathroom was small just for an astronaut. But well, we can't have it all these days for a decent price.
I have stayed other times in IBIS Adliswil and this time the room had A/C. I appreciated because the temperatures were high. during those days.
