Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The hotel sent a mini bus to terminal 2 at gate 43 to pick up us, it was about 15 mins drive and the room is very nice and clean, the staff prepared two simple take away breakfast for us and took us to the airport to catch the early flight next morning.

AustraliaThe whole room smelled of cigarette smoke. I understand it is legal to smoke inside in China and there was a sign in the room requesting people only smoke in the bathroom, but the smell really lingered in the entire room & kind of got into the bedding which was unpleasant.
The staff at reception were really helpful in arrange a taxi to and from the airport. We had around 23 hours in the hotel because of a layover in Guangzhou so we decided to go back to the airport and get the train downtown to see some sights - mainly Canton Tower. The staff gave us some tips on how to get there. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall good stay for the airport.

Great access to the airport for transit, especially given included free shuttle. Street food, KFC, McDonalds and a few local restaurants within walking distance. Very sou d proofed rooms, huge Tele with English options and staff were English speaking and helpful. Breakfast sufficient with milk for coffee and tea. Clean and modern with non typical mattress (ie: not hard). Highly recommend. Request milk if required for room. Bonus of free washer / dryer on level 5.

Very good solution for a stopover. With the free shuttle, it was quite straightforward to reach the hotel / airport. Very good price / quality.

New ZealandThe only problem is staff not speaking any English at all. And shuttle pick up is organised in such a way that when you arrive to the allocated gate you have to call reception and tell them that you are waiting at the airport. But what's the point in this if they can't understand what you are saying?! So you either have to speak Chinese or go to airport customer service and ask them to call the hotel and explain everything in Chinese, then you'll get your pick up. The third option would be to add the hotel on WeChat and text them cause in that case they use translate option and are able to communicate.
The hotel is really nice and newly done. Staff at the reception were friendly. I really liked the Chinese style breakfast. Shuttle pick up from the airport is a great idea that is not implemented the best way probably.

New ZealandThe hotel is about 6 km away from the Baiyun International Airport. Breakfast starts at 7 am. We can have a partial breakfast at 6:30 am as we need to leave for the airport at 7 a.m. The breakfast is much better than we expected, it's fresh and delicious.
