For value for money, the position, the staff, cant think of anything.

A perfect hotel in a perfect spot. The hotel is situated right in the heart of pedestrian street. Not only is this a perfect position for a tourist, but you can walk to almost all of the Attractions close by. Elephant Rock, river and lakes tour, and too many other sites to mention. We spent five days there and never a disappointment. So, let's look at the hotel. First the foyer has lounge seats and a library overlooking the crowded pedestrian street. Is it noisy? There is an elevator to our floor. Our room faces the main street, but this is forgotten once we enter. The room is nice with a section extended over the street so you can have a daily tea ceremony, it's a bonus. There is a fridge and jug. Alos two bottles of water, one can of 7up and one can of coke free each day. Also, free laundry downstairs. As for the noise below, very minute and after ten the street has quietened down

It was summer but the AC wasn't turned on so it was quite stuffy. But the staff are nice enough because if you request for it to be turned on, they do accomodate.

Location and service were excellent. The property had washing and dryer facilities which were very welcome. Service was also very good and friendly. I also love that the toilet is the japanese style with bidet.

Nothing negative to remark

This hotel is located in the heart of Guilin, making it very convenient. It offers good value for money with clean rooms in good condition, as well as self-service laundry and drying facilities. There were nice touches, such as leaving us a tea set to enjoy while looking out over the pedestrian street in the morning. Jenny, who manages this brand's other hotels in the city, was extremely helpful, including organising us a day trip to the rice terraces of Longsheng with a private taxi driver, as well as tickets for the night cruise on the lakes of Guilin. Both experiences are highly recommended.

The main room bedroom can be a little noisy if you are facing the street.

The location was perfect. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of amazing food. Convenience store right beside the hotel and supermarket is just 10 mins walk away. Many popular Guilin food are around the corner. I also love that the hotel provide self service laundry service at the ground floor!

the lighting was too dark for my liking. I like bright lighting but it was good enough!

the location was amazing. it was right in the middle of the busy streets. Fubo Hill and Diecai Hill were walking distance, it took us around 30~40mins (walking slowly). the staff were very helpful and lovely.

Jenny helped us with the cruise tickets and also with the taxis we needed to take. She was great, and the taxi driver was excellent too. The room was big and confortable.

The hallways have a strong odor, and the Wi-Fi connection is unreliable. I do not recommend choosing this hotel if you have more than one piece of luggage, as taxis are not allowed to drop you off at the entrance.

pipe system in the bathroom sink was a little shabby, making noise shower drainage not so great
