The hotel is across the street from the Li River in Guilin city. We are particularly grateful to Jenny, the hotel's English speaking assistant, who made sure we had tickets for our boat trip down the river to Yangshuo. She also provided a lot of information on activities in the region - the Guilin tour book that Jenny sent via email was very helpful for us (first-time visitors to the region). Thank you, Jenny! The location of the hotel is good, but very busy especially in the evenings. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Many people walk-dance-exercise along the river and there is a river beach very close for swimming. We loved our room. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows to look out onto the street. The linen and towels were clean, white, and fresh.

It is very comfortable and clean. From my experience, Google Map did not give me the exact location of the hotel and it took me a while to reach the hotel, luckily with the help.of their staff, I finally found it. Please do communicate with the hotel well in advance for their exact location. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Lots of eating places around the hotel and easy walk to the main attractions.

The hotel is very well located, next to the river on one side and near the tourist center of the town which has a lot of shops and places to eat. The location is hands down the best thing about this hotel, as well as the rooftop bar. The facilities are good and the rooms are clean and modern (nothing standout) however you’re near pretty much everything you need to see in the city in this location. Price is reasonable.

Unfortunately a little bit loud due to public dancing/singing by the river, but stopped at around 10pm.

Beautifully decorated clean and comfortable room. Great location to explore Guilin. Croissant shop round the corner with legit croissants. Very helpful staff (English speaking + non-English speaking). The hotel staff helped us to organise a driver for the day and were very friendly. Thank you for the lovely gift when we checked out :)

As said in previous comments, there's a street singer that is very loud and the sound isolation of the building is awful. They provide tampons for your ears but this is a little disturbing. The guy goes away at around 10pm so it's not that bad. They have a kind of bar in the last floor but I think that space could eventually be transformed in a room to serve breakfast (they don't have the option of breakfast in the hotel). There's a modern westernized coffee shop right next to the hotel but it is seriously overpriced.

Very modern and comfortable, very well located and with great views. The staff is nice, even not talking English they can manage to help you (via Translator online, etc) There's also a kind of travel agent working there that can help you booking tours, etc. The room is big, has AC, mini fridge, kettle and a TV. It is in a Japanese fashion which means a low bed but it wasn't a problem for us.

The room was quite small (which was expected) but there’s a small step between the room entrance / bathroom area and the bed which you may trip on if you’re not careful.

The hotel was well located and modern. Jenny from the hotel’s English speaking staff was very friendly and helpful at booking the Li River cruise for us, showing us maps of Guilin and Yangshuo and suggesting restaurants! She replied quickly to my messages and arranged everything with ease - were grateful!

Just to mention something, there was only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the whole hotel, so you need to be lucky to use it.

The hotel was in great location and we got a beautiful room with views to the river and mountains. Facilities were perfect, even the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer.
